Let me start by saying this: this is ridiculously expensive for the box. BUT I use it to make my husband a cheesecake for special occasions like his birthday using the King Arthur Baking Co. easy cheesecake recipe and it is so insanely delicious and his favorite thing ever. I have tried with premade gf crusts or crushing gf graham crackers to make my own crumbs but only this works. I will only buy this brand now and just suck it up for the cost.
