Not all of what I received was usable...

Not all of what I received was usable...
The delivered product had an expiry date in 2017, but when I finally opened the box that the 4-pack came in, one of the bags was filled with critters and I had to throw it away.I used some of the remaining spelt flour to make bread over the weekend, and it's very, very dense.
