I really like this thing. It's very well made and very sturdy. They made all the right decisions in it's design. Get the MK3 USB adapter to program it if you are going to use a lithium battery. Get the ve.bus bluetooth adapter if you want to monitor it. The Bluetooth adapter allows you to stick it to the battery so you can monitor battery temperature which will be sent to the inverter/charger via ethernet cable. So that allows the two pieces to be connected AND the Bluetooth will allow you to check everything on the inverter/charger on your phone (the inverter/charger doesn't have a built it display). For people wondering the 12/2000/80-50 means that it's designed for a 12 volt battery bank. It supports output of 2000wa (16000 watts). It can charge the battery at up to 80 amps per hour. The AC line in is capable of handling 50 amps. Note you have the ability to adjust many things about this. You can adjust the AC voltage out so 110 to 120 volt is no problem, the DC bulk/absorption/float charging values. You can set the AC line in amperage maximum so it doens't over draw, it's capable of 50amps but if you are using this for electronic UPS, then intake should be set for 15amps.

Great product, but came damaged. I didn’t notice significant, if any damage to the packaging before opening and discarding. When I attempted to stand the inverter prior to installation, it began to tip over. Looking closer, the bottom left corner was bent. The steel is thick, but I was able to use a heat gun and a pair of pliers to bend it back enough for use
