This set includes two molds that have two frozen treat forms which makes a total of four pops. Controlling the ingredients in food is important to me and I like lighter versions of frozen treats rather than those full of cream, but find most of the ones available in grocery stores have a lot of chemicals, and are expensive. A set like this is great to use to make my favorite non-fat yogurt fruit bars. Along with the molds, also included in the set are wooden sticks to use as handles and a six recipe book.Note that the recipe measurements are given in grams, not ounces. If needed, there are conversion programs on the internet. The recipes all included cream, some had butter and egg yolks, and since I prefer to avoid those ingredients in frozen treats I used my own recipes.On the product page, under customer images, I have attached photos of some yogurt pops I made with these molds. The recipe is easy, and follows below, but there are many recipes on the internet for frozen pop molds of every imaginable variety.I used a 32 ounce container of non-fat plain organic yogurt to which I added one half teaspoon vanilla extract and 1/4 cup sugar (honey or maple syrup or other sweeteners can be substituted.) I divided the yogurt in half (16 ounces) and added one half cup each of strawberries and mangoes. I made some pops decorative with slices of fruit, and some I just stirred in diced fruit. To the remaining 16 ounces of yogurt I added a tablespoon and a half of chocolate syrup and arranged slices of half a large banana in the mold. I added a small amount of fresh lemon to the banana slices to prevent discoloration. Fruit juice can be used instead of yogurt with fruit also attractively arranged within the molds.Obviously I had to make the pops four at a time, and it took about three hours for the molds to freeze solid for each batch of four. The 32 ounce container of yogurt made twelve pops. The molds are easy to use. They can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher. They are well made and a heavier thickness than I expected. I placed the molds on a small metal tray before freezing to keep them immobile.The process couldn't be simpler, and the molds worked perfectly
