these bottles were my go-to bottles for my coffee, but sadly, the lids on these bottles are not that durable. They break within 2 months of use; the snap-latch on the back cracks after 2 months. And if you don't mind that and keep on using it for another month or two, the button eventually gives out and literally fall off mid-drink. I have gone through countless new cap orders with them via directly contacting their customer service. Eventually, after dealing with the same issue with each new cap that I ordered from them, I sadly gave up on my favorite thermos bottles and decided to go with Zojirushi thermos bottles instead and have not had any problems (been using it for 6 months!)

My *hot drinks stay hot* and my *cold drinks stay cold*. In fact, I'm continually amazed by this trait. Ice in the morning after leaving it overnight. Tea/coffee/mocha still drinkable after hours of meetings. _COMPLETELY_ dishwasher safe. Now, *about the lid*. I have to say that I am not in love with the lid. Initially, I thought the rectangular "loop" on the lid was one of the stupidest things I'd ever seen put on a device to market it. Now I realize that it is the perfect thing to help a klutz like me drop her mug a little less often. Also, *it doesn't leak*, and if you push it _all_the_way_back_ it _clicks_in_place_ and stops hitting you in the face while you're drinking. And did I mention it is _COMPLETELY_ dishwasher safe. To be fair, the lovely green finish is chipping, but is more likely me than the dishwasher. If that would bug you, get the one without paint. The part where it doesn't fit under a Keurig is true, even if you take the "booster seat" out. Make sure you plan to check your email with one hand while you hold your mug under the Keurig with the other.

It's January in Maryland the day time high is 10 degrees. I warmed the thermos at 6:00 a.m. with boiling water, then put steaming hot tea in it. I left the thermos in the car all day. When I left work at 4:30 the tea was deliciously, soothingly warm. I've been using this same thermos for years and really like it. I've learned to put my name on them so they find their way back to me if I leave it in a meeting room. They last for years until repeated dropping eventually breaks the plastic top and beats up the metal so much they won't stand up any more.

Everyday use for two weeks now. Keeps my coffee which I make at 7am hot all day and by 6pm it is still warm. The lid opens nicely, doesn' t block my view. Fits cupholder in car, pocket in backpack. No leaks at all. I use a metal straw which fits well in the drink hole. Someone else mentioned the sticker on top leaving a sticky residue which is true, but hopefully it comes off over time and many washes no big deal. Real unpaid review.

I love these mugs and have owned several, since they seem to be the best I've found. They really do seem to keep the temp in as long as the claim and easy to use, but the cap being so hard to be more scratch resistant also makes it brittle, so it will not survive a fall on a hard surface. You will do well to order some replacement caps; in black, so they look better than these white caps. Just harder to see if they need a deep cleaning. I will say the white caps are stain resistant, so they have kept looking good and bright white even after years of frequent use.

Stellar Cold Insulation

I can't speak about this item's long term durability as so many others have, but as far as its insulation performance is concerned it is stellar. The stated performance on the label is 12 hours Hot and 24 hours Cold. We have yet to test its hot performance but its cold performance is excellent. After prepping the bottle with cold water as suggested in the instructions we put a combination of cold water and ice inside and secured the lid. After a full 36 hours later there were still remnants of ice inside. This is much better than I could have ever imagined. Hopefully the durability of the lid will end up matching its insulation capability.

AMAZING!! 2.5 years of EVERY DAY use!!

I've had this thermos for 2 1/2 years. I use it ALL DAY, EVERY DAY. I got 2 - one for my hot drinks( the plain steel one with the black lid) and this one for water. The 2 colors makes it easy to grab the drink I want at work. With my old insulated cups, that were exactly alike, it was shocking when I thought I was picking ice water and getting a mouth full of hot coffee! If I put the half moon shaped ice cubes in this thermos before I go to bed there is still ice in it in the morning! Even if I leave the lid off! It has never leaked. I love the little wire bail lock, so that when you put it in a bag or purse it does not open. The color looks as good as the day I bought it. I don't have a dishwasher, so it has always been washed by hand, EVERY DAY!
The lid just broke yesterday. The push button came off. I was able to just shut it and locked the bail and it still did not leak in my tote bag. Love it!!

This is an unbelievable product. I must say it keeps coffee so hot, you have to be a bit careful. It fits in my mug holder in my car and it is easy to carry because it has a loop you can put your finger in. It is the best hot drink thermos I have ever had. It also works very well for keeping cold drinks cold.
