The device came well packaged and fit into my system just perfect. Once installed I connected keyboard and mice to the device and it has worked flawlessly ever since. My system is a Dell XPS 8500.
This came with the full size bayonet, not the smaller form factor that I needed. I took out a blank bayonet and drilled the appropriate holes in it and installed the I/O card. Works fine.
I installed this in a Dell 3010 to give it an external serial port. Worked as described, no drivers needed because it is mearly a cable to go on the end of a header on the motherboard.
