this is a great show and its awsome that they are coming back for a 7th season. but the dvd set is a total rip off. two episode missing are on the dvd of the season five. and not at the end but right in the middle of the last dvd so in one episode the talk about having a baby the next one the surrogate is already knock up. then the season six, well what can i said. all the episodes are mix up. if you want to watch the show in order you actully have to watch 3 episodes from the first disc then switch to disc 2 for an episodes then come back to the first disc. after that you look 3 or 4 episodes on disc 2 and then come back to disc one for 2 episodes and again and again and again. this is really frustrating. next time i will record the season each week then put it on dvd and it will be far better than that stupid set. can t belive they sell this. thats the kind of thing that make people stop watching the show. anyway dont lose money on that set.

We love this show, and its great to be able to buy the seasons at a reasonable price, but it looks like they got cheap, lazy, or both - not bothering to include subtitles! We rely on those to watch TV quietly while the little one is sleeping. Also there is no episode list anywhere on the packaging which means you can't quickly check which disc you want to watch. This seems like another lazy omission. Not happy about that.

This, by far, is the funniest show on TV today!!!! If you like How I Met Your Mother and The Big Bang Theory, then you won't be dissapointed. CBS has hit it out of the park again.

Although I haven't seen season 6 yet, have encountered the same problem with the order of episodes in season 5. The reason is that the DVDs have been pressed in production, not screening order (which was quite different), so the show hasn't been treated with disrespect, just sourced differently. Not saying it's right, but at least there's a reason. The trick is to get the screening order from, say, wikipedia and have the list handy when you watch the DVD. It's a bit of a pain, but it works. Five stars is for the quality of the shows in season 5 and expectation they stay as good for season 6.

The show is one of my favorites of all time, but these discs are so poorly made it's not even funny. I bought all six seasons and the first 4 are perfect. High quality dvd's produced well. Seasons 5 & 6 seem to be counterfeits. The discs lock up in my player and all of the episodes are out of order. The discs are plain white with no graphics or pictures typically found on legit products. I'm disappointed in Amazon for allowing this to continue.

the show that could
first saw it when how i met your mother premiered, and i have always associated it with it
however, rules of engagement has been on and off forever, and now, finally right back side by side with how i met your mother
and still funny as ever, with its laugh out loud humor of a married couple, showing an engaged couple the "rules of engagement", with patrick warburton leading the way
and lastly the contrast of a single man (david spade) always giving a reason to not get married and yet...looking for it

i can not wait for season 7 on dvd
