Very nice product, I know what the buzz is all about. Looks exactly like dry carbon fiber without the mess! If I knew Di Noc was that good looking and easy to apply, it would have saved me a lot of time and money on my interior (I am still trying to finish it with a carbon fiber/kevlar weave). I ordered from this seller to cut some fender hash marks (Grand Sport style for my C5) and they came out great!
I also would like to say that the seller was quick to send another package out when USPS lost the first one and it arrived before the first one did. I was surprised that they even told me to keep both packages. Great seller, great emails... Do not hesitate to buy from this seller!

I purchased both the Scotchprint 1080 and the Di-Noc black Matte (non-gloss) smaller sheets to see how they work and compare their looks. I read that the Di-Noc is intended for interior while the Scotchprint was more for the exterior of your auto so I wanted to check both out. I've included a side by side comparison with the Scotchprint on the left and the Di-Noc on the right. As you can see the Scotchprint is more reflective and a bit more shiney while the Di-Noc has more texture giving it a more realistic look. All in all, I would say my research and preconceived notions were accurate. Up close Di-Noc looks way better so it's definitely the choice for interior work and from a distance the Scotchprint will look better bc it reflects more light.
All in all, these should both be great for upgrading some of the plastics that have been scratched and dinged over the years. Be sure to get an 8oz. Can of 3M Primer 94 to ensure a sting and lasting adhesion.
I still believe it's better to purchase actual Carbon Fiber parts, and don't think I would trust any Vinyl wrap on a nice paint job; with the exception of Avery Denison Vinyls professionally installed of course. But when you drive a car like a 92-95 Civic Hatchback, you could always run to the Pick'n'Pull and grab a hood for $30 and just wrap that so as not to worry.
All in all, these should both be great for upgrading some of the plastics that have been scratched and dinged over the years. Be sure to get an 8oz. Can of 3M Primer 94 to ensure a sting and lasting adhesion.

I bought this the other day to try as an experiment to cover my gold (ugh) bowties on my Chevy. I was skeptical that it would fit the form of the bowtie as middle part is raised up from the edges (see photo). But with a little heat from a hairdryer and using the Lil Chiseler tool, it shrunk perfectly to the surfaces.
My first attempt was more than passable but I messed up and cut one edge too short. My second attempt (pictured) came out perfectly and only took ten minutes. So there you have it, extremely easy to work with.
The material seems to be of good quality but it's always unknown how well it'll hold up over time. It also look reasonably like carbon fiber but doesn't have the "depth" that real CF has. Might experiment with clearcoat to mitigate it. I'd probably try 3M's gloss version of this next.
I'll give it five stars for now and monitor how well it holds up over time.

In the description it says that the quantity reflects how many feet the product will be length wise. I specifically order this product so I could get a 3ft whole section for my product. Now I have 3 individual cut scraps. Seller should update that on the page. Carbon fiber looks very nice and aside from the cut I think its a really nice product.
