My little munchins (2 and 6 years old) love this series and their eyes are often glued to TV. As a parent, the series provides quality programming that doesn't teach you bad behavior like certain cartoons (which shall remain nameless).

The show centers on two sibling characters, rabbits, who, despite appearing "non adolescent," don't need parental supervision. Ruby's the older sibling. She tries to keep the devious Max in check. Most of the episodes highlight their daily interactions with Max's warnings/ideas are ignored until the end when Ruby has an epiphany and finally "gets it." Of course, the episode ends zooming in toward Max's face with a smirk.

I like Max and Ruby because it's NOT a very noisy or boisterous show. It's almost as calm and relaxing as hearing the story read from a book. The children (ages 3-7) love it and I find myself watching it alongside and laughing at Max's teasing and playing jokes on his very practical older sister.

Great stories, I wish I had as much patience with my daughter as Ruby has with Max! We have great conversations about the story lines and life lessons contained and I frequently think of how Ruby is so patient when I find myself getting aggrivated, so maybe this is as good for me as my daughter! We have several of the books as well, we found them first through a book we picked up at the library.

Just wonder where the parents are, I really don't think a 7 year old is head of the house material!

My son loves Max and Ruby and I have several episodes saved on our DVR. I purchased this for when we travel. I downloaded a few episodes for the road and then he can watch the others at locations with Wifi. I primarily bought it for our trips to the Colorado Children's Hospital. Recently our receiver/DVR went out and was exchanged. We are on our 4th replacement and have had sporadic tv. I have been happy we had this available for viewing on the Kindle Fire and computer.

My son mimics words and phrases from the episodes and learns games that we then play together. It is just a great program for young kids.

We have 5 year old twin boys and a 3 year old girl, and they all love Max And Ruby.
Max is a mischievous little guy, His big sister Ruby looks out for him she is very patient
and helpful with him. Ruby is a good example for the little ones of the way we would like
them to treat each other, even though we all make messes and mistakes like Max
we should still treat each other with patients and kindness like Ruby. We love these
characters.

My three year old loves this show! She watches as least one show everyday. I like it because each show is suitable for her age and I don't have to worry about any inappropriate sections in the show.

I love watching this show with my 2 year old it's quiet, happy and Ruby is so good to her brother Max. It teaches kids to see the good out of bad situations and treat your siblings and friends with respect and love.

I love how simple and slow paced the show is, as compared to what's out there. It's a day in the life of a big sister(bunny) and her brother. Their everyday adventures find the fun in the little things. We ended up buying all 5 seasons since we'd much rather her watch this on demand, without commercials, and because she can't get enough!
