    When I received these dolls for my granddaughters I was so excited.. I felt like I a little girl that just received a magical doll. This doll is so pretty and very special that I ended up buying another one to send my brother who lives in Mexico so that he can give it to one of the family’s there that has a little girl. I know the little girl in Mexico will cherish this doll for a life time. And she will certainly feel the doll is magical….even more so since the children where my Brother lives don’t have much in the way of material things. I’m now more excited for that little girl in Mexico to receive this for Christmas than I am for my own grandchildren to receive it…. Great gift for all girls around the world!

    I bought this doll for my daughters 2nd birthday (on 3/19/13), she loves it a lot, especially when it lights up! However the doll has tiny clear slippers which are not ok for a 2-year-old. The doll is lovely, the color of the dress is beautiful but I would not recommend it for little girls. Because like my little daughter, she wants to hug the doll but cant cuz it got lights under the dress and she is caution to break them. For little girls I would rather buy softer dolls next time and save this one until she's a bit older, I guess. Otherwise the doll is wonderful!

    I wish this had a volume control! Thus the 4 stars. Her papa has banished this to the bedroom when he is off work but the lights are so pretty and in the dark it is wonderful. The bodice of the dress even flashes. The dress doesn't come off and the legs don't move at all and so my granddaughter was a little dissappointed about that. It is a strictly a look at doll. Her hair is a bit messed up now cuz she is playing with it anyway! Oh well, she is 4! She wanted it for so long and I got it at Amazon for a lot less. Love Amazon.

    I bought this doll for my 5-year-old cousin who LOVES Cinderella. While she really liked this toy when she opened it, when we finally got it out of the box, the head was loose and bobbled. She was very disappointed (and probably disturbed) because she really liked how the doll lit up. I was also very disappointed because I've never had a problem with Mattel items before. They have also been durable and long-lasting. I doubt my cousin will even play with this doll. If I would recommend this product to anyone, I would say it should be used as a collectible only, and be sure you don't take it out of the box!

    Glad I waited to review this product. For the first couple of months, the doll was perfect and did exactly as stated. In the last 3-4 months however, pushing the necklace to make it light up and make sounds sounds and looks as though it's been left in the bathtub for a few days and the batteries are starting to dry out. This doll has never been close to water, nor has it been abused or just constantly pushed over and over (she has too many other dolls to focus on one). I expected a better quality for the price we paid. She doesn't even play with it anymore bc it sounds weird. Would not buy again, unless I only wanted a doll to work for 3-4 months.

    I bought this for my 3 year old as a Christmas present as she is in LOVE with Cinderella. This is "HER doll" to anyone that's nearby. Haha! The music plays for a good solid minute with moving lights that make it look like the magic is "swirling" through the skirt. The shirt is permanently attached, and the top is molded onto the doll. The only things that come off the doll are her crown, shoes, and shoulder poofs. We glued the shoes on because they don't stay off very well otherwise. Great gift for any little Cinderella lover.

    Unsere Tochter (3 1/2 Jahre) wünschte sich vom Weihnachtsmann eine "Blinkerpuppe".. und da war sie nun: Die Cinderella- Barbie.
    Die Freude war riesig und sie tanzte die folgenden Tage ständig mit ihr an der Hand, in der Hand und überhaupt durch's Zimmer.
    Anfangs schreckten mich andere Rezensionen ein wenig ab, da eine Mutter auch schrieb, dass unter dem Kleid die "riesige Technik" steckt und das ganze nicht gerade "kindgerecht oder ansehnlich" wäre?!
    Unsere Tochter ist sehr sorgsam und die "Licht- und Sound- Effekte" müssen ja irgendwo her kommen.

    Sicher ist es keine "typische" Barbie, die man um- und anziehen kann, aber es ist ja eben auch eine Cinderella...
    Uns gefällt sie sehr gut und für kleine Prinzessinen ist sie einfach traumhaft.

    Das Einzige was vielleicht bei unserer Kleinen nicht ganz so geeignet ist, sind die Schuhe. Denn die sind, ganz "Cinderella- like" relativ leicht zu verlieren und dann hätte sie bald keine mehr.... Daher haben wir sie erstmal zur Seite getan, gerade wenn sie mit uns unterwegs ist ;-)

    Ansonsten kann ich mich nur positiv äußern und würde sie auch wieder kaufen.

    I bought this doll as part of my Little girls christmas list. She really wanted all the Disney princesses and I was looking for something different with the ones I did buy. When it arrived I wasn't disappointed, the packaging was enticing and it looked well made. It was a little tricky to get out of the box but I think that's pretty standard with toy packaging these days.
    I was surprised at how bright the swirling lights actually were on this doll and it was a real hit with my 3 year old. Three months after purchase and it is played with most days and unlike the other princess dolls the hair has remained in place and in good shape. My only criticism is that the mechanics of the lights means that she is unable to sit or move like the other dolls but it hasn't affected the amount of time my daughter spends playing with it.
