I've chosen Nick's Sticks over other jerky brands for years. Recently, however, I've had to lay off the sodium.
I was shook to see how high the sodium was on these sticks, but I shouldn't have been. It's a preserved meat stick, after all.
For my gluten-free, lactose-intolerant hiking pals though, this is a killer snack, so all was not lost with this final purchase.
