Should've listened to the reviews. Ours too arrived with a pin hole in the foil saftey seal and cocao powdered spilled everywhere. Disappointed since I really needed this for a cake I'm making tomorrow. Also, item isn't eligible for return so a total loss!!!

I will not get to the flavor part, because the cocoa arrived sealed in a package nicely but inside the sealed package the cocoa was actually open and all over the place. :( If it was intact, I would have been giving it 5 stars but it must have gotten damaged in shipping - maybe use a stronger package for things that are kind of fragile?

very late when it arrived. Product was I thought damaged as it's choc powder in the entire package and the container. I did not return since seal was intact but was a pain to clean up the choc powder in the entire container. Packaging was horrible
