Perfect Amino supplemental complete amino acid 'building blocks' for all useful to the body amino acid complexes (the basic eight unsynthesizable (sp?) by the body ones, as from the other amino acids) in this Master Amino Acid Pattern (MAP) works very well for me in my experience with this product so far. Would definitely recommend any others who have not tried it and are interested in better, more assumable, good nutrition; to try out this product !

I have been using MAP for the past 7 months now. I train heavily in different sports and was tired of taking so many protein shakes and other supplements everyday. I discovered the Master Amino Patterns through a friend and I am completely blown away! You really have to read about the research behind them to truly appreciate them and learn why they are far superior to any other protein supplement on the market. Basically they are 99% NNU - which means 99% of the amino acids goes straight into your body within 23 minutes and only 1% turns into waste - which means they leave a very light footprint on your organs. They are non uric acid forming and you will never get this type of amino acid conversion from animal protein, whey, soy or other protein sources. They are NON GMO, pure amino acids derived from plants - no animal products, binders, fillers or preservatives of any kind. I noticed a significant change in my muscles within 5 days of using them and I consume far less animal protein now as a result. My body functions better and my organs are much happier. In my opinion seniors and anyone on vegetarian diet should be taking MAP because amino acids are ESSENTIAL for muscle growth and preservation and once you hit 40 years of age your muscles need extra aminos so they don't shrink and get weak. I highly recommend reading up on them.

MAP amino acids make it easy to ensure continuous protein synthesis when eating isn't convenient or you get tired of constantly eating or you're working out. Studies have shown that MAP amino acids can be substituted for meat and give you the same muscle building effects.

Also, 100% of MAP amino acids go to muscle building while only 50% of egg, 40% of meat protein, 18% of whey and 14% of vegetable proteins are used for muscle building.

MAP aminos are equivalent in price and protein per serving to chicken but won't dehydrate you like eating large quantities of meat since there is no real digestion taking place. Just take them the same time you would take any other protein but ONLY with water. Anything with flavor or sugar will affect their digestion. Do not take them with any other proteins or foods as this can also slow or decrease their entry into your bloodstream.

Animal, plant, whey, casein and vegetable proteins require 3 to 6 hours to digest but you can take 5 tablets and they will be in your bloodstream in 23 minutes. These are not like BCAAs or any other amino acid supplements that can take 2 to 3 hours to digest. After I wake up and I'm ready to workout, I take them with 8 to 16 oz of water and start working out in a few minutes so that my aminos are entering my bloodstream and feeding my muscles *while* I'm working out. MAP amino acids don't need digestion, so blood normally used for digestion will now be available to feed and supply your muscles. That's why I don't drink whey protein drinks before I workout because they require 3 to 6 hours to digest.

One bottle of 120 tablets is $31.
5 tablets is equivalent to 4 oz of meat (30 grams of protein), so 120 tablets = 24 servings of protein @ $1.29 per serving. No cooking required and it's in your bloodstream in minutes.

In FL, chicken is $5.19 per pound and you get 4 - 4 oz servings @ $1.29 per serving and it must be cooked, then stored and maybe even reheated. 24 - 4 oz servings of chicken means you need to set aside the time to cook 6 pounds of chicken in 4 oz servings at some point to be equivalent to one bottle of MAP amino acids.

As an ectomorph, I try to eat every two hours, so you can see how slow digestion of proteins can cause bloating and uncomfortable fullness. So, if I'm still full from two hours ago, I can take 5 tablets and I'm on the go immediately. Also, if I'm running behind, I can just grab the bottle and take it with me. No cooking means it is a real time saver. And finally, one cannot drink enough water and this helps me increase my water intake.

I usually take 15 per day, (5 before my workout, 5 after and 5 before I go to bed, roughly 90 grams of protein daily + any other proteins I consume, shooting for 1.5 grams of protein per lb of body weight per day) so they last about a week per bottle unless I take more during the day.

*5 tablets = 4 oz of meat protein, and 4 oz of meat protein usually contains about 30 grams of protein, so if you only want to consume about 20 grams of muscle building protein per serving, you can get away with consuming 3 tables (about 20 grams of protein) per serving if you want to make them last longer or take them more frequently.

At $31 per week, I highly recommend them to anyone that wants to build muscle, works outside (to reduce dehydration), wants to reduce your meat consumption (only take 6 - 9 tablets per day for 35 - 55 grams of protein) if you don't workout or want to stave off sarcopenia (muscle loss due to old age).

Oh man this is like gold for our muscles!! If that is even a good metaphor.. I take these before and after my workout and they are really helping me feel like my efforts are worth it! Before taking these master amino acid pills I would exercise 5 days a week for about 5 months but could not get rid of my baby belly. Now I am seeing results in muscle definition and starting to see those abs! I am so happy and the best part is that it is vegan approved and all good for me! The pills are a little powdery but I would imagine that's because it is ready to be digested. I prefer that than to have something coated with glossy stuff that my body doesn't need. These are bigger than I would like but I am totally willing to wash them down to see my efforts reflected on my body!

These are an excellent way to add protein to your diet, feed your muscles and bones without needing to add extra calories or food into your body. I love it there pre-digested so the protein goes immediately into your bloodstream. They have helped me so much in my health journey and I will continue to use them.
I was first introduced to these through a natural path who did a series of muscle testing with me and discovered that I needed more amino acids. At the time I didn’t really understand what they were. But then I joined the pure him team and learned all about pre-digested amino acids and all of the many benefits. One day I realized that these were the perfect solution! They gave all the same benefits as. Ems amino 23’s for half the cost! These are now a subscription at a staple in my life

I love these aminos! They really do help with a lot. I was excited to find them for $25. It was a great alternative for those who can’t afford the Purium ones. So I’m disappointed that they jacked the price up to $42. I’ll purchase again whenever the price goes back down…hopefully!
