Glad to see Edgar back on FV/NW. Jake Harris needs to marry a rich woman. He has no ambition and plays victim. Josh Harris is doing his father Phil proud. Good to see Jon & Andy. The Hillstrands are funny. Good to see Wild Bill and son Jake. Excited for Junior and the highest catch. Congratulations! Elliot needs to grow up! Pot for pot. You might as well be a theif and a liar on land.

I've been watching Deadliest Catch from the beginning. It never gets old, and I'm always sad to see it go off the air at the end of a season. Can't wait for the new season to start this year, and I hope Discovery never gets tired of filming it.

It's sad not having the Cornelia Marie's captain (Phil Harris) around anymore, but it's nice to still see Josh and Jake and the rest of the fleets... There is blood and even guts (fish). There are tears and sweat and fire and ice. There are plenty of reallllly bad words, but this show is ADDICTING!!!!! I'll always be a faithful Deadliest Catch fan!

My family loves this show and since we do not have cable or satelite this is the best way to watch the show.

My only concern is the one touch purchase. I wish amazon would allow you a chance to approve a credit card before purchase on digital purchases. I have asked about this and i have never got any feedback.

Amazon is a great way to store and watch movies and tv shows.

Season 8 is one of the best seasons yet for viewers of The Deadliest Catch. The photography is even more spectacular, especially when the most violent storms are raging, and even at this stage of the show (we're still in red crab season), the emotional highs and lows make for riveting drama. If you have to pick and choose seasons to watch, put this in the top three. And don't get it elsewhere--the price is easy on the wallet, and for people like me who watch all tv via their computers, the quality of the videos and ease of watching through Amazon can't be beaten.

This Season was the best yet. The elements were an additional character even more than the Bering Sea itself! I thought that after the catch was especially good at giving the back story of the episodes. Bravo to all the crews and the Discovery production team!

As a photographer, I've been particularly intrigued by this show and what the film crew goes through to get the shots they do. In that way, I think each season keeps getting better and this one certainly was no exception.

On the other hand, it's disappointing (but not at all surprising) to see the pathetic fathers and egotistic little men that this trade attracts. Yes, think Wild Bill and Elliot Neese. I kept waiting all season for Wild Bill to talk about his own father. When he finally did, he said precisely what I expected. Nuts don't fall far from the nut tree, that's for sure.
