The case is high-quality, looks professional, provides good ventilation, and holds the Pi itself securely. It has rubber non-slip feet on the bottom. The various side-mounted ports (power, HDMI, A/V, USB, and Ethernet) are easily accessible. The lid is a friction-fit (it doesn't snap in place) and it stands about 2mm off the top of the case to allow for ventilation and a "Pi Cobbler"-type ribbon cable to extend out of the case even with the lid attached. The camera and display flat-flex cables can also be routed out through the gap with the lid attached. The Pi itself is inserted into a holder that snaps into the bottom of the case. An internal shelf has cutouts for the GPIO pins, display and camera connectors, and the CPU (so you can mount a heatsink) -- see the attached photos. The microSD card is accessible from a small recess on the outside of the case, but I found the card makes contact with the case and the resulting friction makes it difficult to remove the card unless I opened the lid and gently pressed on the board (specifically the display connector). Not a big deal. Overall, I found the case quality to be one of the best I've seen, though I wish the lid would positively snap into place.
The included USB Wifi adapter is a 150Mbs, 2.4GHz adapter. Nothing particularly noteworthy: it is plug-and-play in Raspbian and Windows 7, works as expected, and has a handy activity indicator LED (blue, but small and not excessively bright).
One small aluminum heatsink is included and has a self-adhesive thermal pad on the back. Not really necessary for the Pi 2, but it can't hurt.
The included AC power adapter appears to be custom-made for CanaKit, although it's made in China: the UL listing for electrical safety specifically names CanaKit. It intentionally outputs 5.2V DC with no load which is perfect for the Pi: the Pi's protectively polyfuse drops roughly 0.15V so the final voltage on the 5V rail is about 5.05V -- that's essentially perfect and well within the 5% specs for USB and other 5V components. The AC adapter has a North American-style plug but will work perfectly on 240V 50Hz AC found elsewhere in the world with a simple plug adapter (no voltage adapter is necessary).
An HDMI cable was included in the package and appears reasonably good quality, though I didn't use it (my Pi runs as a "headless" system) and cannot meaningfully review it.
The package includes an 8GB Sandisk Class 10/UHS-1 microSDHC card pre-loaded with NOOBS. In case you can't find it, the card was placed in the factory-original box containing the Raspberry Pi itself.
There's also a handy manual to help with getting started as well as a useful reference card detailing the GPIO pins on the Pi.
All in all, a great starter kit at a very reasonable price.

All in all, a great starter kit at a very reasonable price.
The Raspberry pi is a model b with 2 usb ports, an hdmi port, an analogue video port, and audio jack, 26 gpio pins, an ethernet port, sd card slot, and the micro usb power.
The case (clear) is very firm and strong. It comes with full accesibility to the pi's ports. My biggest (pretty much only) problem that I had with this product was that there was no slot for the gpio pins and therefore if you want to be using those you cannot use the cover of the case. The case also comes with the Raspberry pi logo etched onto the top. The case was a little tough to get on the pi the first time. Just go slow and look at what you're doing.
The sd card is class 4 but is still pretty powerful. It looks very nice and sleek with the white raspberry pi logo on the otherwise perfectly black card. The sd card is actually a micro sd card adapter but still works perfectly fine. The card comes with NOOBS which makes the Raspberry pi super easy to start up.
The hdmi cable is about 6 feet long and works well.
The ac power cable is a direct cable that goes from a socket to the raspberry pi. It delivers 1a at 5v which is ideal for the pi.
In addition to the starter kit, a few extra items are nice to have.
hdmi to dvi cable if you are using an older monitor.
A powered usb hub for adding more ports to your pi.
A wifi usb adapter dongle.
Played video 1080p works great, web surfing faster than my 4 year old laptop, played Minecraft Pi, I love this thing. I just kept laughing when I got it out of the box, it is just so small, product pictures don't show how tiny this thing is, it's smaller than my hand!
For extra fun and information on what to do with your PI or troubleshooting visit the official rasberrypi org website and check out the free version of MagPi magazine also on their site for what is hip and new and stuff to do with your Pi. Happy hacking!

This does NOT come with a casing.
A kit like this one would cost you ~$30 less if you ordered directly from Element14. Or, for the same price, you would get a quality casing, mini keyboard and optical mouse included.
I recommend this product to anyone who doesn't care about money or quality.
