Whoever thought of making Heath Milk Chocolate English Toffee Bits available in a bag should be awarded a medal. This tasty bits of chocolate and English toffee (AKA butter brickle) are so delicious. They are very much like the Heath English Toffee bar, but broken up into little bits (as the name says). They can be used for baking, for example, in your favorite cookies recipes, or for simply eating out of the bag.

Heath English Milk Chocolate Toffee Bits come in an 8 ounces bag (226g). They are real milk chocolate and also contain almonds. There are a couple of recipes included on the back of the plastic bag. One is for using the Heath Milk Chocolate English Toffee Bits in a brownie recipe and the other is for using them in peanut butter cookies.

These English Toffee Bits are a tasty treat and a yummy alternative to chocolate chips OR chocolate chips alone in a cookie recipe. For example, when making chocolate chip cookies, you can add the Heath English Toffee Bits right along with chocolate chips (or instead of chocolate chips) for an added dimension of flavor and interest in your homemade cookies. Also, you can add them if using a pre-made cookie mix from the grocery store.
