I tried a few different brands, and these are the best. They create the least distortion or hue on the screen after application. The cheap brands will distort the screen and create a blue-ish tint. Cheaper brands are also much harder to get on without bubbles. Cheap sellers will give you 3 for $5 with, but it's not worth it. Also These are cut correctly with 2 important holes that are for sensors under the glass. The cheap brands are not cut correctly.

At first, this might leave a strange white line near the outer edges - but that goes away after a few hours. I think it's just air that seeps out.

Their 3GS iphone screen was the one I had as well & was happy with it for a very long time...so this seems to be equally good. It also feels good to the touch & is more oil / fingerprint resistant than other brands - and way more resistant than the screen itself.

Edit: I've had this on for 4 months now and it is as good as new...does not slip, bubble, etc...I know I am not getting retina quality, but it's worth the trade off for not having a greasy screen.
Edit 2: At 10 months, I managed to scratch it really bad somehow (in pocket with keys maybe...I'm not sure) - so I am now on the second one. My 3GS film cover (same brand) never scratched...but I might have done something strange. It was extremely easy to take off & put the new one on. The film fully protected the actual phone screen from the scratch.

Don't be scared of the Japanese version!!

I recently upgraded my Iphone 4 to the 5, and wanted the similar top rated screen protector for it. Well for some reason, you can't get the Power Support anti glare version for the 5 here in the states. So I took a leap of faith, and got this one from Japan.
It came nice and quick, with Amazon Prime, and was on the phone within minutes. This screen protector was really easy to apply, looks great, feels great, and best of all, doesn't leave a fingerprint anywhere!! It's worth every penny, because once you see the quality and the difference, you won't want anything else.
I'm not a big review person, but thought if other people knew these were the real deal, it would help them get it right the first time when buying a screen protector.

Be aware that if you never installed one before, this version is imported from Japan and does not include English instructions. However, installation is simple and the illustrations can guide you through the process.

Decent film for the iPhone, could be better.

I've been a loyal customer to Power Support and have been using their anti-glare films since the earlier iPhones. What sets them apart from other films is ease of application. These films are a little bit thicker and use static attachment so they don't bubble up as easily and the cutouts are often accurate. Some people don't like the anti-glare solution because it does dim the screen and make it seem a little more pixelated. For me, it's not that big a deal because my biggest annoyance is fingerprints and this film does a fine job reducing them. The reason for the 3-stars is that I felt this film is more prone to scratching compared to past products by this company. Not sure if they changed materials or manufacturing process but it's definitely noticeable. The company was kind enough to give me a free replacement the first time around but I had to order another set because I go through them so quickly. They are not cheap either!

I really want to like it. Product has a good feel but I think it's a terrible disservice to the iPhone's display. It takes the iPhone's sharp and gorgeous display and turns it into a starfield of little rainbow sparkles. I put it on and left it on most of the day and at one point tore it off because it's like trying to read through transparent sugar.

I wasn't sure about picking an anti-glare film. I had bought one for my Kindle Fire and I didn't like it and ended up using my Kindle Fire "naked". But I put this new film on and it went on so much easier than other films that I've used before (even with the Japanese instructions). It was weird looking down at the screen as you do notice the anti glare difference. It took a bit of adjusting but now I love it and I do NOT miss all the fingerprints and smudging. Totally worth the price as I really feel that it is a very excellent protective cover.

By far the best - worth the cost

I used to work at a major retail store selling lots of products and I used to put these on for customers all the time. By far, the best ones I've seen. They are worth the $9 each cost. These particular ones appear to be Japanese imports, but they are still the same ones.

There is a foolproof trick to putting these on, which only takes a small amount of skill and a lot of OCD (to dust):
1. Clean the phone face with a screen cleaner and lint free cloth (shake it out first to get rid of any dust)
2. Continuously scrutinize the phone face (for the entire process) against a light to make sure there is NO dust (any dust particular will bubble installation and force you to re-do)
3. Use the included adhesive to remove any last dust particles
4 Peel off the protector and hold from the sides - then, squeeze it like a taco gently (only takes a little bit of squeezing). Line up the home screen button and the camera hole or ear speaker piece (you'll be lining it up to a small contact point at the top and bottom of the hole because you're squeezing it). Then, drop it. You'll have very little bubbles this way, and the remaining ones you can use (they say, a lint free cloth), or a credit card to gently push out.

It may take a little practice, unfortunately, but this is the best way to install.
