I love this fan controller, not only for it's responsiveness, but for it's connectivity as well! Threw this in a NZXT Phantom 820, connected four FZ-200 LED fans, and 1 FZ-140 LED to it as exhaust. Now, when I'm watching a movie or something, I can turn off the side fan and one top fan to cut down the noise by half, easily turn them back on when I jump back into the game.

Overall, the fan controller is more than useful to any of you enthusiasts likes myself. Granted, in order to get full functionality out of it, I had to purchase a sound card to use the audio, but it was no big deal. Get better sound now that the audio is stand-alone, so I'm really not complaining about that. The included USB 3,0 was plugged into my gigabyte on/off USB 3.0 on/off charge, nice to know I can charge my phone even when the computer's off.

The only thing I didn't really like about it was the fact that I paid $60 for this thing and NONE of the cables were sleeved. Of course, you could always do it yourself, but even NZXT sleeves their fan controller cables and their unit is half the price!

Other than the unsleeved cables and the flamboyantly blue USB 3.0 cable, this is a great piece of hardware that you can use to give your system a bit more appeal. Goes great with the NZXT Phantom 820 case, which has adjustable hue lighting -and since this thing comes with a color-change utility built right it, you can easily change the color to match the lighting of your HUE should you go with the case.

I highly recommend this product!

This fan controller looks and works great. The only thing I do not like is when the temps hit the set point to up the speed of the fan, the controller beeps, and not just once. The unit beeps also when the fan's is unplugged or stops turning, this is the only time it should beep. Fix this AeroCool.

I bought this primarily for the benefit of how it looks, otherwise having two empty 5.25" bays. Quite frankly, it is beautiful, The colors are very cool, and the touch functionality is flawless. Though I only have it connected to two fans (the two fans of my CORSAIR H100 liquid cooler), it reports the correct RPM of each fan. It is NOT, however, able to adjust the speed of the fans, unlike when the fans are connected to the liquid cooler itself. This may be due to the fans being exclusively controlled by the cooler itself. In terms of capable management, the USB 3.0 port is a very flamboyant blue, not even remotely matching any of my red custom build's interior, enticing me to simply tuck it away.

It works and looks okay. My biggest issue with it is that it will not allow me to turn my fans down to the speeds I prefer to have them at. It somehow figures out "the proper lowest speed" for your fan and won't let you go below that. One fan can't be set below 1400 and another won't go below 1300. I used to run them both at 1000 rpm without problem.It does allow me to run fan number 3 at 1000 rpm and fan number 4 at 800 rpm. Go figure. I do monitor my core temps and they were stable and within acceptable limits at the lower fan speeds that I used to run them at. A bit of an annoyance but otherwise it seems to be performing adequately.

I looked over a milliion fan controllers it seems. I run a total of 10 Fans in my case, and wanted to avoid some common problems associated with the EYE Candy it provides. I have this hooked up to 6 of my fans, one set is a single cooler unit, and it is solid. I have seen any major issues with its ability to power the fans at all, and definately has the beef to do it. The tape for the temp sensors is poor, and I recommend another method for this. The Look of this unit is crazy, it has a number of color settings on it. I Actually found this display to be very easy to see from 10 feet away, and from the side (around 150 degrees). It also has two USB 3 slots on it and the audio connectors. If you want a really cool looking fan control that has great performance get this, but be ready for a lot of wires. It is a little intimidating at first, but if you think out wire management ahead of time you will be fine.
