Great bottle but not the best top... still pretty good overall

I actually really like these bottles... Stainless steel does not impart any flavors or retain any either. I bought two identical bottles and they see use daily. They only thing that has left me wanting is that the tops could have one more ring of threads... We have Kleen brand bottles which are identical to these but the tops are just better. They still have o-rings and never leak but they seem to take a little extra torque to tighten them down each time and the Kleen brand seems to take slightly less effort... Though, these are far cheaper and the trade off is worth it. I will be buying more of these in the future.

but the opening of this water bottle is slightly too big so that the cap can easily fall out

It does the job and looked attractive upon arrival, but the red color quickly began to chip away with only minor use. In addition, I purchased a Klean Kanteen sports cap 3.0 to use with this water bottle, thinking it would fit based upon the size description, but the opening of this water bottle is slightly too big so that the cap can easily fall out. Somewhat disappointed, but it was a good price and you get what you pay for sometimes.

For the record, 44 ounces is 1.3 liters. This water bottle is my favorite style. Well, no- it's a tie. I like glass water bottles too, but they are fragile. This has already taken a few significant tumbles and now has scars. Chicks dig scars- everybody knows that. That, and handbrake turns. This simple stainless steel bottle holds a ton, doesn't leak, and is easy to clean. What more do you want? Lasers?

Great waterbottle. Very clean, and didn't break after I accidentally slammed it on the ground while holding it by the cap. It did recieve a dent and a scratch, but it's a metal container and still does its job and stands up well.

It's practical and easy to clean, especially at the base since it is round which is a good thing. No crevices mean nothing too hard to clean like mold, sediment, etc.
