My go-to top coat

This is my all-time favorite top coat, and it took me a good 2 years to find it. The polish on my toes will last 3-4 weeks before it starts to look a little rough on the edges. The polish on my finger nails will last a full week before it starts to chip. It doesn't matter the brand of polish I use underneath (Zoya, China Glaze, OPI, a variety of indies, etc), this is the top coat that I use if I need a manicure to last at least a week (like when I'm on vacation).

The downsides are that it does take some time to dry, which I'm ok with (I'll use something else if I need a quick-drying top coat), and it's not available locally and I have to buy it online.

Been using this for years now. I don't waste my money on gel manicures since they don't last for me, but this is a great alternative to extend my regular manicure. I use it both with Vinylux nail polish and other regular nail polishes (OPI and essie) and my manicures last up to a week with this top coat!! Even after getting a manicure done at the salon I put on this top coat when I get home to preserve the manicure.

This is the best top coat I've ever used and my mother in law swears by it.
It will make any base and polish last a week if used correctly. I then touch up with my color and more top coat at the tips and nail beds and a glaze all over with the top coat (two coats over) and it is set another week or so.

As a side note I use Sally hausen complete salon manicure and Revlon colorstay gel envy for colors and Revlon quick dry base coat with it usually.

As I typically use bright or dark colors chipping is usually noticable but this stuff works like dream.

It has a smooth silly finish that makes people ask me where I get my nails done.

Great buy! Will buy again!!

This is THE BEST top coat!

This is THE BEST top coat! I purchased a Vinylux polish along with the top coat to try the system as it is meant to be used but it was awful. I barely got a couple days out of it. As the polish sat in my cabinet for months I wondered what I was going to do with such a useless product until I finally read reviews of people using it as a top coat over regular polish. So, after sandwiching my OPI between coats of Gelous and applying a coat of Seche Vite; I applied one coat of the Vinylux Top Coat and voila! Gel-like staying power. The first time I did it, I left for vacation the following day and spent 5 days in a pool. It started to have some tip wear around day 6. We had a ton going on and I wasn't able to give myself a new mani until day 14 and over half of my nails were still intact! Just tip wear and growth. I had a few nails chip but it isn't gel so, of course they're going to chip at some point! I don't usually write reviews often but I was so impressed with this top coat that I had to tell the world how awesome it is! Hope it works for everyone else as well as it worked for me.

This stuff is awesome. I love that you don't worry about staining. There is no base coat required and this top coat really does last. My nails with just about every other type of polish would chip after a few days. This one I change once a week not because I have to, but because I don't like my nails too long and I take off the polish to file them down. I have gone nine days with this polish without chips. I have stopped biting my nails because of this stuff. It will come off easily with acetone remover. I will not ever go back to another brand.
