Worked well for 2 1/2 yrs

First bought this air mouse early 2014 for use with Tronsmart CX-919 TV stick. Since then I ordered at least 5 more for friends with different TV boxes, including Matricom's G-Box Q² which comes with a basic IR remote which is almost useless except for the power and volume buttons.
I am replacing my two year + unit which worked flawlessly until it died (natural death) recently. The battery is not charging and apparently, it's not made to be replaced.
This air mouse does not have a power button. It works fine with the G-Box Q² until it's time to shut down, then I use the IR remote. Not an issue with the Tronsmart CX-919 which has s/ware power button to point and click to power off. Not sure why it stopped working suddenly, but I'm satisfied after 30 months of everyday use. Meanwhile, the old Tronsmart CX-919 continues to work as my cable TV replacement after 2 1/2 yrs, except that there is always one of my friends latest boxes hooked up to my TV in 'customization mode'.

Good little air mouse with keyboard. It really works quite well but I wish it had normal Android buttons. It works well on the Amazon Fire TV and does work well on the PC as well. It is 2.4 so the little dongle can be plugged into any open usb port and it will just start working. I also wish it had a lit keyboard but that would make the price go up I'm sure. Great product for what it is.

The remote works well, my power button seemed stuck and the led light wouldn't turn off but I managed to get it work. The quality is not really exceptionally. The battery seems to last a long time and that's a great feature so you won't be having to buy external ones.

What I found to be very annoying is that it doesn't work right out of the box with XBMC/Plex media apps. I use it on my Mac Mini and the back/volume buttons didn't work, plus the mouse cursor should disappear once inside the app. Now, I've solved this with ControllerMate app, it picks up the remote as a mouse and then you can remap all keys including the keyboard ones too (you can change the volume buttons to + and - for example). This can be applied only to certain applications like XBMC only so it works perfect. You can also disable the mouse axis and cursor once you open a certain app. If you close the app, you get the mouse cursor back to browse the OS. This should be fixed with a native app or driver for different systems so you don't have to rely to third party software (which was very hard to figure out).

In conclusion, it works very well for the price and gives you the ability to discard your smartphone to control your media center or computer. Nobody wants to be looking at two screens at the same time when chilling out...

Inadequate for the purpose. The Tronsmart TSM-01 Flymouse - Keyboard Combo

Very inadequate for the purpose. There are others that are much better. I ultimately ended up with the Aerb flymouse/keyboard combo, which I am satisfied with. The Tronsmart TSM-01 is poorly designed. The volume up/dn controls are on the side and recessed into a depression, but made flush with the edge in such a way so that it is virtually impossible to depress either without having to hold the device upright and use something smaller than a finger on the buttons. There was no mute or power button present, although there was ample space to put them on the front. You can barely see or read the keys on the keyboard unless in very strong light. And last but most annoying is that the mouse mode is on continuously with no way to switch between mouse and keyboard mode. The best feature is the rechargeable battery which is absent in others in this price range, but that does not make up for the other failures.

I would not recommend this device.

This wireless mouse is the best i have a tronsmart draco H3 and i need it a controlle to manage kodi and surf the web.the keys are really soft and quite.the mouse is really ligth so no worry on getting the hand tire also like the fact that is rechargeable is a plus i can use my phone charger and the battery last really long using it during weekends last me a month.the only downside(on my opinion )is that the ENTER key dont apply as the select when the mouse is on top of a app or opinion,you have to press the left mouse key to select something .the ENTER key work when you use the arrows to move and highly an app and select it.overall i love this mouse.

I bought this and a higher priced one. This is way better than the one I spent 2 times more for. Simple is better when it come to air mice. The only things I think that could make it better is more range and back lit keys. A longer battery life is always welcomed too. There are not many rechargeable air mice on the market. The rechargeable function makes this worth the price alone. You can get this cheaper from China but you will wait forever to get it and you wont get the great customer service that you get from Amazon. I bought 3 of these.

The Air Mouse is good and the built quality is also fine. The Context menu button is what is missing on the front panel, which is kind of problematic as you have to switch back and forth every time to get that working. The cursor lags sometimes and kind of freezes for couple of seconds, but otherwise works perfectly. Would have preferred if the keyboard buttons were more sturdy and of better built quality. Overall a nice product and serves the need.
