It is nice to have access to these shows immediately, BUT, after paying for them, I am not happy that the audio cuts out in the last 4 or 5 minutes. The show I was watching was "Lost in the Woods". Amazon needs to address this!

I wanted to watch this particular episode because it was about a restaurant I had eaten at before. I felt badly for the owner but it was her own choices that led to her demise. Management requires hiring people that are capable of serving your customers not giving a person a job because you feel sorry for them. I admire her big heart but it cost her and her husband in the long run. You can be a benevolent person and give to people but that goes outside of managing. She won my heart by admiting her faults and how grateful she was for the new look and menu. There are lessons in this episode that could help many people no matter what type of business they have. I hope the overhaul turned things around for her.

The sound is nothing but hiss between about 0:58 and 9:30. I'll try again later or get my money back.

Update:
I tried another episode but "Lost in the Woods" has no sound at all in the last 4:25. I think Amazon should step up to the plate when it comes to quality control of their offerings.

After the first few episodes, you realize that every episode is the same: the place is a dump, Robert comes in and is horrified. He flexes his muscles in a shirt with short short sleeves to show them off, yells around the place, hollers at his crew to hurry up and work with too little time and too little money to make the place look grand. Everyone sweats, there are tears, Robert hugs whoever, everything works well à la happily ever after. (I'd like to see the places six months hence...)

Despite everything, I still like the show when there's nothing else on. Fun.

The last several minutes of this episode had the audio missing. Not happy. I paid for the full show, not "most" of the show. However, on to the actual show itself: I do not know why people go ga-ga over these kinds of shows. The "stars" are often arrogant jerks and the designers are hacks using cheap, fast band-aids to do a hasty make-over that looks just that - hasty. I was astonished that the AWESOME CHEF didn't tell this woefully inexperienced restaurant owner to take some restaurant/hospitality industry classes at the community college. Instead he "saved" his restaurant by giving him a couple of appetizers to add to the menu. Stupid, worthless, waste of time.

It was very convenient to be able to see the show immediately but the sound went out during the last 3 minutes or so of the program. First there was white noise followed by no sound at all. Disappointing for our first video purchase through Amazon Prime.
