Educationally, they’re great for vocabulary, coordination, responsible scissor usage, practice with glue, and just a great activity all around.
The orange scissors do actually work well for plastic scissors. Once my kids are a little older though I give them real kid-sized scissors and we ditch the plastic ones. But I appreciate the quality of the included scissors.
