They do melt a bit faster than regular pops and kids will need to wrap something around them because their hands will get cold.
Ideally it would be better to have something re-usable, I have plastic molds for making small quantities, but overall I was happy with this product and would highly recommend it to others.
I haven't tried the bags out for yogurt tubes yet but I have a pastry bag ready to fill to give it a whirl when school is back in session and will update my review.
I can also see these being very good at homemade frozen push up pops, or even frozen fruit infused water pops for the adults. A healthy way to cool off on a hot day.
I will point out that it is MUCH easier to tie a rubber band around the top as tight as you can to seal it off. I have a small handheld sealer, and it's dang near impossible to seal these things with it. I may try to seal them with my food saver though.
If you want to get extra clever, doodle some drawings on the packages before filling them with the yogurt - that way your child may be more inclined to eat them, like when they see characters on the Gogurt packs. Sticker would be best, but of course they'd get wet from the moisture and fall off.
Love, love these!
Sadly, people even in my very conservative community remark how they obscenely look so much like condoms when they are being eaten, so I don't dare serve them at a party. I wish I could find smaller size (like icee size) ice candy skins, but for convenience sake I would still buy them again in a minute.

I've repurchased this a few times now. Try making about 4 cups strong chai, mix with sweetened condensed milk, and a couple of ounces of orange liqueur (for grownups). The sugar and liqueur keep them from freezing hard. Delightful! Or whirl 4 cups honeydew with a can of condensed milk and some Midori. Same recipe w about any fruit. Watermelon with sugar syrup (half cup sugar, half cut water, simmered, then cooled). Can't beat fudgesicles. Unsweetened cocoa powder, milk, sugar, pinch of salt. Simmer on the stove until dissolved. Let cool.
They freeze well . I stack them in an old ice cream container in the freezer . I am enjoying the heck out of them and can't wait to make more..
