I've baked lots of goods over the last year using this product and they have all came out excellent and smell so chocolaty. I use this in my morning protein shake as well. My only suggestion is I don't like the bag so much, it works for me to transfer the powder into a canister. I have trouble with the zipper on the pouch if I pour the powder out, then the zipper doesn't close so good afterwards so I make sure to spoon it out of the pouch. Nothing that wouldn't stop me from continuing to buy this product, we go through so much of it the sizing is perfect and the price for organic cocoa powder is excellent.
