Kinda felt like they phoned this season in. Season 1 seemed more interesting.

I really enjoyed watching The Pitch and would definitely like to watch other episodes. I watched it as part of a class on Principles of Marketing and thought it was a good way to really see marketing agencies at work.

I didn't realize this series was already on Netflix. It was worth the purchase though. This is a very insightful and inspiring look into the advertising industry.

But I'm biased, because one of the Tommy Bahama staff was my prom date in high school and is just one of the nicest, most talented people in the world.

The downside of agencies being notoriously secretive are the laughable presentations of "how they work" in decades of film and TV. At least The Pitch has real people making real marketing for real clients. Finally, the process is on display.

I watched Season one in a day because it was so amazing, so I was pretty disappointed after watching the first episode in Season Two. The main problem with this episode was the company that the agencies had to pitch. They were not ready for prime time and were extremely wet behind the ears and therefore, were really hard to respect as professionals. Both agencies although extremely different from one another were both more professional then the company they were pitching. This one big flaw made the show boring and not very exciting. I could not believe when the company had both agencies stay to watch each others pitch. That is unheard of in the business and I lost respect for both agencies when neither one of them spoke up to correct these newbie business owners. Hopefully the other episodes in Season Two are more like Season One and they gain my respect and interest back. For the record I didn't like either of the agencies Pitches and would not have gone with either of them. The guys who one probably did the worst pitch I have ever seen and I can't imagine them being players in New York.

Outstanding show, especially if you are in the advertising business or have a product that you want to launch or develop. The thrilling ride is to see how the concepts are developed inside the team and how they evolve over time.
