Could have included much more content from the 60s and 70s. First 20 minutes rock! But then - it is a repeat of content that is readily available.

This documentary sucks....The WWE made it sound like they invented pro wrestling,The WWE talked like they invented PPV's....Wrong....The WWE did not talk about the 3 names of the WWE they did'nt even hinted it,They made it sound like WWE was always called WWE....Wrong...The story telling back in the early To mid 90's during during the trial and after the trial was garbage,The WWE blamed it on the trial,You can still create good story lines in that situation...If you want to learn the history of the WWE DO NOT buy this Documentary,This documentary is full of wrong information and its a waste of money

I figured it would be like this, but I decided to give it a try anyway. The first maybe 25 minutes were okay, and offered some insight that I wasn't 100% aware of before. After that, it becomes more or less your typical current era WWE revisionist telling of many incidents. At times, specifically when it deals with HHH or going PG, it becomes hard to watch. The WCW section I found to be very contradictory and lacking in honesty, but what do you expect, right?

Don't buy this tripe. If you are just morbidly curious like I was, rent it just for the first 30 minutes, then turn it off. Your brain will thank you I'm sure. I enjoyed two things though. Mike Tyson speaking on his love for Sammartino was cool, as well as guys like Bret, Shawn and Undertaker being given some love for sticking around in the whole new generation era. After that, it just takes a nosedive for me. 2 stars.
