My heart is broken! This speaker is perfect in every way but one. This speaker has serious connectivity problems, taking an extended amount of time to connect to devices and short distances task that long awaited connection.
Everything else is perfect. I chose the brown cabinet hoping it would blend in well with my furniture and it does.
Don't let the small size fool you. Amazingly this speaker is powerful enough to fill a room. The base and treble levels are balanced but the speaker allows you to adjust those levels, fine tuning them. The tone is rich without the tinny sound some Bluetooth speakers have.
One of the reasons I chose the Stanmore is because of the optical connection. This allows me to connect to my flat screen TV.
So with the great design, three connection possibilities, and great sound I still feel like I made a solid choice. Fix the connection issues, (which is the point of Bluetooth speakers hence the three stars), and this speaker would be perfect.
