Horrible Company!!

I bought this for my son. It worked fine for 3 months. I used it one day, turned it off and a few hours later turned it back on. It turns on, flashes the red Verizon screen, goes back to the black “powered by Android” screen and sits on that screen for hours until it die. The screen does not time out, dim or anything. It simply stays on that screen. Contacted the company Observeye and received an email from Sandy at costumer service with no writing, just a link to reset the tablet. I emailed back saying I had already tried that and they sent back a generic reply saying they are closed for the holiday, unable to access email and will be opened again October 2nd. I got this reply November 10th ! I have not heard a word back from them since. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! If you can even call it that.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered this to use it, not only be useful as a nightlight/for parts. It boots up to an android screen on startup then just gives the between screen that you can tell is on but does nothing. Tried resetting a number of ways. Left charging 2+ hours. Does not work!

Buy a storage card or dont bother

The tablet is worthless without adding storage card...i bought it just to hook up to my receiver/speakers in my salon...downloaded ONE app (spotify) and constantly get messages that my storage is so full that spotify may not work properly..
