  • Connector: 4-Pin PWM; NF-F12 industrialPPC-2000 provides a significant performance boost over the 1500rpm retail version. Combined w/ the industrialPPC series' robust polyamide construction & adv. protection features makes the fan ideal for challenging industrial applications.
  • Noctuid's industrialPPC fans feature a three-phase design with 6 slots, which provides smoother transitions between the slots and thus allows for even higher running smoothness, further reduced vibrations and unprecedented energy efficiency.
  • While the standard NF-F12 is one of the most energy efficient 1500rpm 120mm fans on the market, the industrialPPC version's three-phase motor provides a further 10% reduction in power consumption when compared at 2000rpm.
  • Both the impeller & the frame of Noctuid's industrialPPC fans r made entirely fr fiber-glass reinforced polyamide that can withstand temp
  • Thanks to a special varnish coating that covers the motor and PCB, the NF-F12 industrialPPC complies with the ingress protection rating IP52. This means that it is not only highly dust resistant but also withstands dripping water equivalent to 3mm rainfall per minute.
  • Design for pressure demanding appps like heat sinks & radiators, the Focused Flow frame features 11 stator guide vanes that straighten, channel & focus the airflow which allows the NF-F12 to rival the performance of conventional fans running at faster speeds.
  • The NF-F12's stator guide vanes r set out in Varying Angular Distance & feature Vortex-Control Notches. Both measures help to spread the noise emission over a broader frequency spectrum and thus make the fan's sound pattern more agreeable to the human ear.
  • Custom designed for the new Focused Flow frame and to work in tandem with the eleven stator guide vanes, the NF-F12's seven blade Heptaperf impeller has been carefully optimized to achieve a perfect balance between power and quietness.

Product Description

Conceived for industrial heavy duty applications that require enhanced cooling performance and advanced ingress protection, the NF-F12 industrialPPC (Protected Performance Cooling) is a ruggedized high-speed version of the award-winning retail model. Thanks to the outstanding aerodynamic efficiency of the NF-F12 design and the use of a novel three-phase motor, the industrialPPC version provides superior airflow and pressure capacity while keeping noise levels and power consumption moderate as against comparable high-speed fans. While its fiber-glass reinforced polyamide construction and certified water and dust protection make the NF-F12 industrialPPC suitable for operation in challenging environments, the renowned SSO2 bearing technology guarantees an MTBF of over 150.000hrs. Topped off with Noctuid's trusted reliability and 6 years manufacturer's warranty, the NF-F12 industrialPPC is an ideal choice for highly demanding applications that require superior flow rates and ultimate dependability.

I know I installed a fan in the case, I mean I watched myself do it. I was there, I was present when it went in. I see the blades spinning, I can feel the air moving, but I can't hear it, my wife assures me I am not deaf. Fantastic fan.

If you are reading this, you did your homework. Noctua is the best for PC case cooling. For years they created the fans in a "not so visually appealing" color scheme. Now they are black! yay! with little brown rubber vibration resistant screw mounts. Brown?! Cmon Noctua- make em in some even better color combos!

I used them for a push/pull radiator cooling config in my gaming/workstation PC. Great fans!

These fans are made to be used on radiators, or in areas with restricted air flow, like the front of your computer case, to blow air through your hard drives, if you have any, or just anywhere that might in any way hinder air flow.

Installed these on a Corsair H100i CPU radiator, to replace some Corsair SP120 HP fans I bought for it originally, because one of the fans was making a grinding noise, like something was wrong with the bearing, they were getting increasingly loud, and I wasn't getting the performance I wanted. I installed these no problem, using the same screws off the other fans. All in all, I was done in about 10 minutes, taking my time.

I ran the fans at 100% speed, and let me tell you, at that speed these things are pretty loud. They're as loud as the Corsair fans I had. But at a lower RPM, and they move WAY more air! I had my hand about 4ft above the PC tower (radiator is mounted on the top) and could feel air moving! These suckers don't play.

I messed around in my bios trying to get the fans set right. Even with my i7 4790k OCed to 4.5ghz, these fans won't usually run above 1250-1300mhz. Even on the H100i AIO. That's mighty impressive. I was getting 100 degrees Celcius with my old fans, running Prime95, testing the CPU with the overclock. I ran it for about ten minutes, and they didn't go above 85 (that's what I was getting with the Corsair fans brand new without the OC.) I ran it for about 5 minutes, after adjusting the profile again, and the fans only ran at 1250-1300 rpm and never went above 65C.

Just browsing around, they're almost dead silent. And that's on a silly AIO cooler. If you have a custom loop, you could set these things to 1000RPM and forget about it.

Aesthetics are way better than the premium retail model NF-F12.

Quiet, well built, and cools my CPU on a Hyper 212 Evo better than the Cooler Master fan it replaced. Did I mention it's quiet? You can't hear this thing over a WD Black when it's on near-full rev from a normal distance from the computer. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet, well built fan who doesn't mind paying the slightly steeper price. Worth every penny.

While searching for fans to replace the stock fan on my Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO, sitting on an Intel i7-6700K. The lone stock fan just wasn't doing enough when the processor got over 50% load. Lots of research later I found these and went with them over the more common NF-F12 PWM because the NF-F12 iPPC-2000 PWM has a higher RPM, better air flow, and much better Static Air Pressure, all with only a small bump in noise levels. It does use twice the power at full speed but I can accept that if it can keep the CPU from becoming a toaster oven. After the install I did see a 5 degree Celsius drop in idle and light duty usage. When the fresh heat transfer becomes fully cured I'll put it under a heavy load and see how my temps hold up. If things go south, and if I still have a working system, I'll update accordingly. For now I'm very happy with them. If I don't update this in the future you can assume everything worked great and no smores were made on the CPU cooler before going all fireball on me. I really like smores but i can build something much cheaper to make those on! Wow, now I might have my Christmas project figured out, now to work out its best system for good results. well it's time to take this conversation over to instructables.com.

These fans are great. I previously had a combination of Corsair SP and AF 120's in my case (5 total). Those fans looked great, and were decently quiet, but didn't move any air. I have an h100i and my cpu idle temps would be at around 30-35. NOW I have replaced all my fans with these. I run then all at 900 rpm, and have them all controlled by Corsair Link on the h100i (I used a powered PWM fan splitter). At 800-900 rpm these still move at least twice, if not more, as much air as the Corsair fans, and dont have a higher-pitched whiny fan noise. BUT, these aren't silent by any means. They have a lower-pitched hum. The loudest thing in my case are my hard drive and the pump itself on the h100i, neither of which are very loud. My cpu now idles at 23-25c and my MSI GTX 980 idles at 32c without the fans on the gpu running. You can definitely hear the air moving through the case, but I think that is just because my case isn't the quietest.

ALL IN ALL these are amazing fans. Great looks, fantastic build quality (The best built components in my system imo), decently quiet at lower rpm's, and still manage to move a lot of air at lower Rpm's. Even if you arent looking to replace all your fans, I will strongly recommend these for any radiator or heat sink setup. The static pressure is crazy.
