I am 53 and have been a hairstylist for 16 years. I have problems with my C5C6 in neck. Also have bursitis or possible tear in my rotator cuff😳 hope not!!!!!!! I have to work, if I don’t work, I don’t get paid.With that being said, my physical therapist told me I should buy one of these. They use them. She has dry needled me all down my shoulders and trap muscles. This gives me relief for sure but I can’t run by there when I have a knot and get dry needled!!!With this, I can find my knots and relieve my pain. I walk around the house with this thing:) When you take the pressure off of knot, you feel so relaxed.Please get one if any of you know what I’m talking about?Good luck and I hope this helps you as much as it helps me

    I have fibromyalgia which developed after I had a thoracotomy on my right side. My left side had to compensate for the right side and the trauma from the surgery left me with fibromyalgia. Great value as it empowers the user to achieve pain management in their own. Mine is blue and I love the appearance of it.

    I have trigger points that flare up over time in my shoulder blade, rotator cuff, neck area, peck, and rhomboid, due to an old injury. When the entire area becomes inflamed I have intense daily pain due to it . The only thing that has worked thus far is deep tissue massage. Normally it takes three massages at $130 per hour for any lasting relief. I ordered the cane due to a lengthy wait for a massage appointment, hoping that it might give me some temporary relief. After some experimenting and maneuvering I was able to get the cane working effectively in all the areas I just described. It not only worked effectively but the relief was amazing!
    What you need to know to work it effectively. Warm the muscle that you're working on with light rubbing or warm compresses first. Crosshatch the trigger point, moving the ball on the one up and down over the trigger point three times and then side to side three times with steady pressure. Then hold the ball of the cane on the center of the trigger point with moderate pressure and use a deep breathing technique. Ice the area for no more than 12 minutes after using the cane.
    Not only do I highly recommend it I also wish I would have found this sooner. I have had lasting relief for over a month without using the cane sense. This saved me over $360 in massage appointments.
