Lets start with it's loud, much louder than you want in your living areas and it kicks out a lot of heat. In the winter the heat is a bonus, but come summer I am going to have to find a way to vent it. Some people have mentioned performance issues, I haven't had any. Right out of the gate it was hashing over 1.8TH/s, then up over 2TH/s within 15min. Setup was a snap, as close to plug and play mining as you can get. If you want a really fast and efficient miner I would recommend it, just have an out of the way place to run it...

Don't wast you're money on this or any other ASIC miner. This product works and is running good, that's not the issue. The issue is that buying any of these ASIC miners at this stage in the game is not worth it. This machine at this stage if you ran it and pay your own electricity in the U.S. you will be losing $100 dollars a month. Don't waste your money .

When I first got it, nothing would show up on the LCD screen. After a quick google search, bitcointalk said to open it up and reinsert the microSD operating system. Sure enough, it works! Bought it for the best price on the market too.

The worst miner and even worse customer service from the manufacturer. Bought few of these machines and within few weeks fans started not working and one of the machines started hashing at only 1500 Gh/s. Machines were still under the mere 90 days warranty that they offer so contacted them and told them about the problems and here is the respond I got: "It will be too much for us to ship you new fans so you need to buy the fans and replace them yourself." I said ok no problem, paid $25 bought a fan and replaced on the them, almost immediatly another fan broke down. I contacted them again and same thing again I was told to buy another fan and replace it myself. Still said ok but by now I have spent $50 just buying parts when the machine is still under warranty so I asked them if they would at least pay for the parts and no respond, they didn't even reply to my email. Seriously, there are other miners that are much better and more importantly you get a decent customer support from them.
