I ordered this suit hoping it would work as advertised. I ordered one size up. I wear a medium usually but a large fit just right. The first time I went to the gym the suit worked. It pulls the water off. You better bring a towel with you when you are driving home. My seat was soaked. So far I am pleased with suit. It works as advertised. Would recommend it.

SIZING: Buy one size up. I know it’s suppose to fit snug, but it feels one size smaller. This is my 2nd one so I knew to size up.

USE: I use it when doing cardio, except for running because it can be hard to breath at times. I do half the cardio and sweat double as much. Even use it in the sauna.

CARE: I highly recommend washing it the same night you use it. Otherwise it will trap the sweat stank and almost impossible to get rid of.

OVERALL: great quality product well worth the money. I’ve shed 28lbs using this whole changing my eating habits. The first one I had lasted me 4 years, but I literally use it 3-4 times a week!

Don't trust the size chart!!!

Well I must say the size chart for this product is hopelessly wrong! I ordered an XL based on the chart sizing, which should have been slightly loose on me - I'm 5' 10", 210 lbs, 34" waist, 46" chest. When it arrived I couldn't even get it up past my chest! It seems to have been sized for a very short person, so height should be one of the important data points on their chart.

Suffice to say I sent it straight back and once I had my refund, I went to order a bigger size. 2XL was not available at the time so I reluctantly ordered 3XL, imagining that it would swamp me, going by the size chart. Surprise! It fitted almost perfectly!

I just gave it a test ride today and it makes me sweat a lot more than my other ones, mostly because it does not have the spandex inserts in the crotch and armpits like my other ones do, so it retains a lot more heat.

So once you get the right size, this is actually a good suit. But do not be afraid to send it back if it does not fit - companies need to learn that they have to provide accurate sizing charts, and constantly returning items that don't fit based on their size charts is the only way to get them to take notice.

Love it after 1st wear. Whoever recommended ordering 2 sizes larger than what you normally wear was dead on. Tight/Super Snug (almost does not fit). Would give it 5 stars if it fit perfect. Great product so far...will fit better after I shed some pounds, just hope it does not rip apart with further use!

I think I will get good use out of this. I am 6' 250 athletic build and bought the 2xl. Now I never buy 2xl anymore but took the suggestion and went one size up. Fits good. Good compression and DEFINITELY HOT. Especially when running. I would not go up 2 sizes unless you want no compression and this material is firm, so I would imagine it would be an awkward feel. The idea is to lose weight so buy a good fit and WORK your way into a great fit. Only gave it 4 stars because we'll see how long it last and if it picks up an odor.

The benefits of this product goes beyond being a sweat sauna suit. It did increase sweat. I found that it also added resistance to my movement because of the tightness of the fit; also considering how snug it fits, my muscles always feel better after I workout wearing it vs. not wearing the suit. Individuals with limited range of motion in their arms will find it slightly difficult to remove the suit.

Positives:
This sauna suit adds so much intensity to your workout that it's ridiculous.
A ton of sweating and you feel great after.

Negatives:
When it first arrives it will have that funny neoprene smell. It is also a little tough to clean, I would avoid putting it in the dryer but when you lay it out to dry it does have a sweaty smell. Dead skin will also get trapped in it and cake up in areas during the wash.
