This stuff is FABULOUS for orchids! I raise oncidiums, phaenopsis, catlelyeas, cymbidiums, dendrobiums, vandas phragmapediums...and lots of hybrids. Probably 15-20 different species and maybe 80-100 plants at any one point in time. I've tried practically every orchid fertilizerl for years, including many brands specifically targeted to and formulated for orchids. However, this is TOPS. I mix it half-strength, and it feed it EVERY WATERING (twice per week except Dec.-Jan., the most dormant winter months). Except for a few weeks in the dead of winter, I have something in bloom all the time. By April I have 10-15 plants blooming simultaneously. By June-August, there could be as many as 20-25 at one time. I'm writing this in the middle of November, for Pete's sake and I have four plants still in bloom and, an oncidium in spike, and one catleyea that's opening two huge flowers in the next day or two! The best part is, the "5" and "17", especially at half strength, don't simulate uncontrollable green growth. But the "50" sends flowers up better and longer than I have ever experienced! (I had one phal in bloom for 11 months!!!!) if you want really healthy plants and tons of blooms, you've got to give this a try!

I could not get my Plumeria, to blossom until I started using this. I used this along with the Seaweed extract and walah......it started giving me the flowers, as a matter of fact there are still flowers opening on the Plumeria and it's end of December!!
