Was turned on to this by my Chinese acupuncturist. I didn't see much noticeable benefit from it . I guess it calmed me a bit, but hard to tell. It would probably work for most people, but I'm extremely Type A so it takes much more to make me feel calmer.

I have purchased 2 different products from this brand name with several bottles for each product. Over all, not a good brand. Go with "Sun Ten" brand name instead!
I got 2 bottles of the same med, each pill from each bottle look different in color. After taking it all, I feel no effect or whatsoever.
Jia Wei Xiao Yao Wan is really good for women's monthly cycle and other... My TCM doctor from far east prescribed me with Jia Wei Xiao Yao Wan, "Sun Ten" brand, works like wonder.
From my personal experience, Sun Ten products are a little more expensive, but they are more concentrated and you are really getting what it says you should be getting in the bottle. Sun Ten products are more honest for sure.
I have wasted my money on this company brand. Would not recommend this brand name at all.
