These recipes sound great and I can't wait to try some. I'm especially looking forward to making the brown sugar pie. I'm not sure all of them are completely "Amish" as some of them use cool-whip and pudding mix. These recipes are not for the health or weight conscious, as they use lots of butter, sugar and cream. If you can restrict restrict yourself to one piece a day and only bake once a week, you will, I believe. enjoy them.
