my sons opinion: great product but needs a little refining, the best part is that the cord for the headsets mic is replaceable as is the mic. and it has great sound. the only problem is if you have a larger head after awhile the ears of the head set start to hurt my ears somewhat and make them sore, but I'm going to see if i can stretch out the head band by putting them on a ball for a day thats a little large than my head, to try and fix the problem: if the ear cushion was thicker in the pads making the ear pocket deeper and the head ban was not so tight/stiff they would be perfect! but i do love them otherwise. got it for XB ONE

Great Headset

Hamswan hit a home run with this headset! I bought this headset this past Christmas, and have been using it or about two months. This product produces very clear sounds with low latency, which is impressive considering it is wireless. I have personally used this headset on both a PS4 and PC, it does a great job with keeping up with the quick graphics of a PC, while also being great for extended use as the "leather" padding and ear cups make this headset very comfortable.

This headset really excels in FPS games, as the headset provides a realistic surround sound which aids the wearer with hearing other players relative position. The high quality microphone (which is also removable) also aids on this front as it provides clear audio to whomever you are playing with or against.

This product is worth its pricetag, as it provides a truly immersive experience in all game types.

An absolutely horrible product.

I've been using wireless headsets for many years, both 2.4Ghz and Bluetooth. I prefer the range (and its ability to go through walls) of the 2.4Ghz band over Bluetooth for my Gaming PC.

I decided to give these a try. This was an absolute mistake.

When I plugged these in for the first time, the volume was cranked to the max without any easy way to turn the volume down. There's no volume indicator on the headset. I finally figured out through trial and error that it was one of the nobs.

Next, the audio cut in and out with remarkable frequency. Every 10 seconds or so, dead air for 1 second, then the sound came back. Rinse, repeat, until I went mad.

Finally, I went to the manufacturer's website to see if maybe I was missing some drivers to help with the audio from cutting in and out. Nope, in fact, not only were there no drivers, but the manufacturer's website didn't even list this model number under the support page.

Promptly went to Amazon to process my return the same night I received them. They weren't out of the box for more than 10 minutes.

I have to say that all of the features would be great if it weren't for 2 MAJOR issues. One, the headset will randomly start blasting static at max volume and nothing but turning it off and unplugging the wireless receiver for a minute or two will stop it. The noise is loud enough to cause hearing issues if you are wearing it when it happens and there is no way to tell when it will happen in the middle of gaming or Skyping. Two, there is a buzzing sound that started in one side that is beyond obnoxious. I'm currently trying to figure out my options for returning this junk. If you have any thoughts that the product may be reliable then try to find the production company's website, its a joke. 0/5

Overall - I used this headset everyday since I purchased it. I don't regret buying it but I would recommend others to put more money and get something a little better. I am slowly learning it's better in the long run to invest in the long term.

the headset was awsome and for the price range they were decent they will get uncomfortable after sometime your ears will get to warm the features on the headset are good the audio was incredible to me. its really to bad they lasted me only 2 months after it snapped on me from one side. i tried to tape it back on with no luck. my advice to everyone is to take real good care of these they may look sturdy but with the cheap plastic on the top of the ear cups they can snap easily. i contacted customer support and getting a brand new one they responded quickly gonna be very careful with the next one. i highly recommend these to anyone whos looking for a good headset.

Headset feels good on the head, That being typed i'm not sure what the issue is but after an hour i have to unplug the usb adapter and turn off headset and turn back on. it becomes that i get very scrachy to others hearing me and sounds like i am getting interference in the sound of them, works fine for the first hour than it starts having trouble. I thought mabye it was the computer but ive used them on 3 different computers, the same result on all 3.
