I've had dozens of earplugs and not one stayed in place. All were annoying which, in itself, distracted from what I was trying to do; simply listen.
I debated for months before buying these because of a) earphone experiences, b) I wear glasses & c) I need to hear what's going on around me. First, with or without glasses these are the most comfortable headphones I've ever used. I've settled on not using the spacer band. They're a little to tight with it on a a little too loose with it off. They aren't uncomfortable, I just know I'm wearing them.
Second, I only need glasses to see. Like, all the time. I wear them over the glasses but actually had to feel carefully just to be able to say that. They are a tad awkward to put on but not to wear.
Third, the sound is excellent. Not "over the ear, eyes closed, operatic symphony" excellent but definitely better than "I like this music but I have bugs in my ears" excellent.
The sensation is different, but in a fascinating way. Watching a movie with an underwater scene was incredibly realistic. The way the sound transfers through your bones is exactly how sound transfers underwater. I have never before felt so "in the scene."
The best part is you're NOT isolated. I can have conversations without removing them or pausing what I'm listening to. I bought them specifically to listen to audio while driving my incredibly loud RV without blasting my wife out of the cockpit. We haven't travelled yet but I'm confident they're up for that. And I'll still be able to hear sounds important to driving safely.
If you want perfect sound studio quality, look elsewhere. If you want to listen to whatever you want and still be a member of society, these are the headphones you want.
Or not. The Aftershockz Titanium is a newer, maybe better model. If I had known how good the bone conducted sound was before I bought I would have spent extra for the Bluetooth 4.x ability to pair to more than one device. That's the only reason I can't give the Bluez S2 a 5. Aftershockz says they've done better.
Overall: impressive.
update: First things first, make sure to register your headset the moment you get it, you will need it. I am now about 6 months into using my headset and a bunch of things have cropped up; the battery that seemed to work for DAYS of very heavy use is now lasting me about a day if I use it for 12 hours. More worryingly, there is a crack forming on the left side of the headset near where the plastic hoop meats the segment for the ear pieces, this crack has been worsening every day, superglue last attempt did not fix it
Despite all of this, I was intrigued when I heard about bone conduction head phones when reading Dan Browns' Origin. There are so many cool ways this tech can be used, like on glasses and such that I had to try them. I went relatively expensive with this pair right away. I like the sound, the battery lasts forever, it's really all I hoped for. My one criticism is at the price I didn't expect plastic. They are flimsy, and I have to keep them far from my daughters who like to put on headphones because these things will snap with minimal effort. I thought for 80 or 90 or whatever I spent the material would be a little more robust. I decided not to penalize them because most likely it was written that they were plastic and I missed it. I would not have spent the money on them had I read that. Yet I really am enjoying them, and hope they last.

Reasons to buy:-
+ You run outdoors where there's traffic and you need to be vigilant
+ You run and chat with others but would like to still have music at the background
+ Because some races only permits bone conduction headphones
+Comfy enough although I do have to adjust the position of the conduction piece at times but not enough to annoy me
+Sweat resistant (haven't ran in the rain)
Reasons not to buy:-
-Pricey piece of headsets to be used indoors
-Sound leakage at high volume when you're indoors
However... they have a major flaws insofar as the structural plastic band around the back of the head simply isn't up to the rigours of its intended use. I'm. Not a particularly heavy user of them, using them 3-4 days a week maybe, yet I've just had a second pair snap, each in a different place just from normal wear. I'd avoid in future - good idea, poor execution.
