It is a very fine fabric, I put another one underneath. I liked the colors and design.

My camera didn’t capture how filthy these curtains are in person. They look like someone spilled orange juice on them. And there’s dirty boot prints all over the white areas. I’ve never received something so filthy. And I’m upset because I ordered these NEW and not used. They came in original packaging all nice and neat on the hanger but once I hung them up and the sunlight hit it is when I saw how filthy it was. Even from far back you could see that the white had foot prints on it like it was dropped on the ground prior to mailing or something. AGAIN MY CAMERA DID NOT CAPTURE HOW DIRTY THEY WERE . In person the spots were dark orange. They are beautiful and good quality otherwise. I recommend but at your own risk. Just have some washing soap ready and you’ll be fine. They’re good quality and the black is a bold black and the white (that wasn’t dirty) was a bright white. I got 2 packs. I’m not returning just washing. Not sheer and the fabric feels more than worth the price.

I took pictures in the afteroon and posted them here so you can see the light filtration and look. There also is white, sheer curtains underneath as well. My curtain rods have not come in yet so it's clipped up for now.
First of all, they are not "room darkening". They do filter light so a bit of light does come through. I originally wanted actual room darkening curtains but I decided these will work fine.
The fabric is nice. It's a thick, silky material. I will iron them before I hang them on the rods I ordered. They have a good weight to them but not too heavy. They will be easy to slide open and close.
When I asked opinions thenone thng I didn't want to hear is "they remind me of a hotel", and that is one answer I was happy I did not hear. Everyone said it looked nice and the light filtration was decent.
The rings are a not the color I was hoping for (brushed nickle) but after 3 years of looking for curtains and settling on these I'm going to let that go. It seems to be an impossible task to find exactly what I want in color, design and details for curtains. A compromise had to be made unless I was going to go more pricey and get custom curtains. And that is not a hole I want to dig.
These curtains are well made, sturdy and feel durable. I'm satisfied with my purchase. Also glad to be done with this seemingly impossible quest to find curtains for the master bedroom.
