Pain-free Workouts

A bit of background - I have a low tolerance for pain during exercise. I also hate cardio. I have recovered from a serious back injury, but at the time it was very traumatic and I tend to want to avoid anything that would risk aggravating it. When I start to get muscle aches in a workout I either reduce the intensity, lose proper form, or just stop altogether. Unfortunately this actually increases the risk of injury, and keeps me from building strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. I generally can't stick with a program longer than 4-5 weeks before I strain something or just get too fatigued. I have tried other pre-workout supplements, and they were OK, but this one is truly amazing. I have no idea how, but it prevents the pain, and I can actually push myself harder during the workout. In the past I had never been able to consistently reach the level of intensity that I do now, and I am finally experiencing the benefits of exercise that I have been hearing about for so many years. I have energy all day, I'm not fatigued, my mind is sharper, and I am finally seeing results from my current program (P90X3). It is on the expensive side, but in my experience, so worth it. I'll never use anything else.

WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN! BRING BACK ORIGINAL E&E!

I used Beach Body Pre-Work for a number of years, the E&E (Energy & Endurance); which for some reason now they have discontinued use and put this product in its place. I thought I was getting an even better one, since it was HIGHER in cost. I tried it for 3 days, thinking I would get a new result, but Yet, here were the results:

1. Burned the roof of my throat
2. Immediately had a needle, tingling feeling, like pricking my face, arms
3. Upset stomach
4. loss of focus and stamina, instead of having focus & stamina! I had to lie down to recover so I didn't feel my best going to work out.
5. It is a yellow-satiny, fine power dry type mixture. Will stain your fingers, clothes if get's on it! This was not like this with E&E. That looked like cool-aid w/ sugar grains. This is TOTALLY a fine type of substance.

I have no idea what BB did to the formula; but WHY! I have taken the TIME to return it for my money back. So disappointed at BB. I have now Purchased ION GLOW (GNC) tastes WAAYYYY better! and works with my skin and nails and DOES NOT give all the above feeling. I was always afraid of switching, but now having this experience has helped me to find a very healthy version of PRE-WORKOUT formula that tastes really good an give me the stamina and results I need to push through Bob Harper's Kettle Bell Ball Workout for 40 mins and even into the evening with just 2 scoops in 5 ounces of water. And I think I found out that BB added "Beta-Alanine 800mg, which a nutritionist stated might have caused that reaction. But anyway, it was horrible and NOT LIKE THE ORIGINAL E&E. Don't know who you're trying to compete with, BB, but you've lost a loyal customer. At least I don't have to Wait on an order now, I can go right to GNC and find the ION GLOW. And women, you just get that specific kind, b/c I think even ION products may have the Beta-Alanine, but the GLOW has very little, so you don't even notice it.

So far this works as advertised. I'm currently doing The Master's Hammer & Chisel program from Beachbody and am about 4 weeks in before I started using Energize. I can already tell the difference in my energy levels during the workouts. Even after I finished and pushed my hardest through my workout I still felt as if I could do more. The first time I used it at about 4 am and my energy was up until around 11 am. This is the first Energy supplement I have tried so unfortunately I can't compare it to anything else on the market. The price is a little high especially since they say its 40 servings but if you're over 160lbs it calls for 2 scoops so it's really only 20 servings. I ordered mines through Amazon and with Prime shipping it is the same price as if you bought it off the company site with their shipping prices. It actually got here the next day instead of 2 weeks if I had ordered from the Beachbody site.

So I am an avid fitness enthusiast. I have to wake up and do my workout early in the morning because I find I work out at my best earlier in the day as compared to the evening. Unfortunately I am not always the most excited about getting up but I force myself to because my fitness goals mean a lot to me and you have to push yourself.

Even when I've pushed myself and I've made it out of bed, sometimes I still need a bit of a push to really feel ready and revved up. Beachbody Energize DOES THE TRICK! I have tried other preworkouts before and some seem a bit more harsh in terms of side effects. With Beachbody Performance Energize, I get the energy without as much of the uncomfortable itchy body feeling. I don't use preworkout everyday since it's not something I want my body to get used to but when I do need a bit of a push , this is my go to preworkout!

This stuff is the bomb.com. I am an avid fitness junkie and take my exercise regimen very seriously. For many years I never even thought I needed a pre-workout product. I would often drink some espresso and get to work! But, a friend suggested I try a pre-workout to enhance my workout. I've tried many different products out there.... some from Amazon, some from Costco, some from GNC. I either didn't like the taste, or my fingers would tingle CRAZY bad, or I'd get a headache and super jittery. I thought I would try this out to see how it compares. I will say this stuff isn't cheap, but it is totally worth it. I actually look forward to drinking this each day. It not only tastes delish (think lemonade) but it also gives me an extra pep in my step and helps me kill my workout. What else can I say? Give this a try, I think you'll love it!
