NIGHTMARE to portion - messy and impossible
I like this brand and it tastes fine but beware! It’s NOT in chip form, but uneven chunks. I figured this was ok and wanted to save a buck.MISTAKE.Now I’m in a greasy mess, chopping chunks on a cutting board which means greasy board and knife and hands. Portioning chunks which will still be uneven since how do you cut coco butter perfectly??Omg never again! Its worth the $2 extra per bag to have fast ease of use with chips already portioned.UPDATE: I bumped from 2 to 3 stars because just days after this review they contacted me offering a full refund. So decent of them! So feel free to order from them on their products because if it’s an honest issue they seem to stand by their ethics to sell good products :)

I could just sit and smell this all day-rich and chocolaty. Even though the slabs are the color of white chocolate, they smell like expensive, delicious, high-quality milk chocolate. I even bit into one. Mmm, tastes like chocolate without sugar. So, I used this to make some sugar-free milk chocolate. The chocolate came out pretty good. it would have been better if I hadn't used stevia. Yuck. I'm not a stevia fan. The after-taste is so gross. But luckily, I only used a small amount along with my powdered erythritol and xylitol, so it doesn't completely ruin the taste. Next time, I'll work on dissolving the powdered sweetener better and not adding stevia to get sugar-free chocolate that is pretty close to something you can buy. Even with the hiccups the Organic Cacao Butter made my homemade chocolate fairly tasty, albeit not as pretty as commercial chocolate.
