I'm speechless. I left the review above less than a week ago. I came home from work and to my surprise I had a package. I didn't order anything. Twisted Veins must have a Customer Service team because they sent me a three pack of HDMI elbows adaptors that were in the correct direction. Best part is I have 3 monitors so it was perfect. That was seriously the best part of my day. Thank you for such great service.

I have bought so many twisted veins brand HDMI cables because they are great. I bought way to many 6' cables but now I have extras. These I bought for running behind the wall through tubes by the builder. I just didn't think I actually need a cable this long though. When it came to needing a additional cable for a DVR cable connection the cable that the builder had when we moved in to our new town home was the lowest basic so when the tip fell off of that one this weekend I immediately just ordered this one from Amazon . Amazon is the shopping solution to all your googling needs. I so love Amazon.

I was looking for a longer HDMI cable to connect my computer monitor to a new HDMI matrix splitter. The splitter has two outputs and I wanted to use the 2nd output with my computer monitor while the 1st sends a signal to my TV. I need the cable to be flexible but not so much that it would fray from movement. These two cables came wrapped together along with the cable ties and elbow connector as shown.

Given the price, I was skeptical, but upon touching the cables straight out of the box, I could tell the casing was durable and exactly what I was looking for. The cables were wrapped tightly and I had to let them sit extended for a few minutes to straighten out. I liked this, because I wanted the cables to be strong. The casing makes the cable feel like a braided rope, which is awesome. They look cool, too.

The actual HDMI connection is secure. I have had issues with connectors slipping out and I do not anticipate this happening with these cables. I plan to use the 2nd cable to connect a laptop to a TV display so a secure connection is important. This cable will not disappoint.

Immediately upon connecting, I spooled up my cable box and watched HD on demand, Mad Max: Fury Road. As expected, HD audio was sent to the computer speakers from the splitter, as well as a gorgeous picture. No artifacts, just a full, vivid HD experience. I over estimated the length I needed, and was able to neatly tuck away the excess using the provided Velcro ties.

I cannot comment on the audio, ARC, 3D components of the signal because my computer monitor doesn't use any of those technologies. However, I have viewed my Apple TV through the cable and native resolution is passed through.

Solid build, nice accessories, cool design of the casing. Extremely satisfied buyer.

Great cables, with extra bonuses

If you look at the single 25ft cable product page Twisted Veins (25 ft) High Speed HDMI Cable + Right Angle Adapter and Velcro Cable Ties (Latest Version Supports Ethernet, 3D, and Audio Return) You'll see these are highly rated cables.

At the time of this review, this package comes in a branded (labelled with the Twisted Veins name), retail appearance box. Inside the box is a a Twisted Veins product pamphlet, small key chain light, cleaning cloth, 90 degree angle adapter, and adhesive sealed bag containing both cables wrapped with the cable ties.

Both cables had plastic end caps to protect the connectors and uncoil/straighten out very easily. This may be specific to the type of braided sleeve or just this brand of cables, but it is a very welcome characteristic. The cable ties are very nice and I'd probably consider buying more for other cables, if they were available independently. They are not standard velcro hooks, but feel more like the plastic box straps, with a microfiber backing. While it certainly isn't a necessity, I would like to see a fourth cable tie included, since there are two cables. Also, keep in mind these are braided cables and are thicker than their non-braided counterparts.

I purchased this set with a female-to-female adapter, to connect a tv to a PC in an adjacent room. I opted for two cables, for future flexibility. I have not done any extensive testing or use, but a quick test showed no problems, transmitting video and sound. When I finished my test, I rolled up one of the cables and it was very easy to coil the cable as I wanted. If only someone would bring this technology to outdoor extension cords...

If I could make a change, in addition to the extra cable tie, I'd love a 270 degree adapter variant. The 90 degree adapter angles in the wrong direction for my tv and Twisted Veins does sell 270 adapters. However, that's an utterly minor concern, compared to the value of the cables alone. Everything else is just bonus.

Overall, I'm quite pleased and very tempted to buy a second set, just to have on hand.

-Easy to straighten out or roll up
-No clamshell packaging/no factory zip ties on cables
-Small bonuses (adapter, cable ties, cleaning cloth)

Cons:
-Color (for me)

-I now have a 90 degree adapter I don't have a use for and I don't want to toss or really keep up with
