I'm using it with an espresso machine that has an E-61 group head. If I've already lost you then scroll to the next review. This is not for you.I use the scale to monitor the weight of espresso (1 g = 1 ml) as it is dispensed from the portafilter so that I can keep my grinder calibrated to deliver 30 ml espresso in 25 sec. (see attached photo).It's coffee, not diamonds, so I'm not so concerned if it's accurate to a hundredth of a gram. To the nearest gram is all I need.I'm measuring 30-40 g. of liquid into a 260g. cup so the weight capacity of 500 g. is within my working range.Thanks to its small footprint it fits on the drip tray with only the scale's control panel overhanging the front.....making it easy to operate the buttons and to see the display. Owing to its thinness I can slide a cup onto the scale while clearing the portafilter spout.Really liking it so far.
