A Great Supplement for People and the Planet and It Works!

Every summer I would feel depressed, tired, sleepy, no energy, not wanting to do anything and aching in my bones. My body was always searching for something and I felt like I was not getting enough of some nutrients when I ate. Also, throughout my five pregnancies my iodine levels were always on the border and one time I had to take medicine for it. This year my doctor told me to start taking iodine, because my thyroid levels were way extreme: TSH was 10.760 - High and T4 0.65 - Low, which is suggestive of hypothyroidism. I searched for a vegan organic iodine, because whenever I pay for anything, and for food especially, I want to contribute to something that is good for me and for my planet. And it needed to be with potassium, because I learned that “due to possibility of arsenic and/or too much iodine in kelp tablets, it’s best to opt for a potassium iodide supplement that doesn’t come from kelp.” (https://veganhealth.org/daily-needs/) Then I found Benevolent Liquid Iodine. It fit what I was looking for and in addition offered a small bonus. Because of the form that it comes in, the liquid form, it gets absorbed by the body faster and better. My doctor also told me to take 150 mcg per day and one drop of Benevolent Liquid Iodine does just that! And the whole little 2 fl oz bottle can last me for more than one year! I was amazed at the results. Just one single little sweet tasting drop can make such a big difference! Within days all my depression, tiredness, and aching was gone. I am very happy with the results! What made me even happier was seeing my improved blood test results. Five and a half weeks after I started taking Benevolent Liquid Iodine, I took a blood test and now my TSH numbers are: 4.570. That’s a big drop from 10.760! It is still high and on the boarder - the highest limit is 4.500, but it is much improved! My T4 is 1.03 and is now within the limits! I am definitely coming back to get more next year, unless Benevolent restores my iodine levels completely!
