I was looking for a temporary relief for my aching teeth until my upcoming dental appointment; however, This mouthwash may be good and works well judging by most of the reviews, using at their own risk, Phenol is considered to be quite toxic to humans via oral exposure. Anorexia, progressive weight loss, diarrhea, vertigo, salivation, a dark coloration of the urine, and blood and liver effects have been reported with this use-The main sources of information for this fact sheet are EPA's Integrated Risk Information System (IRIS)which contains information on oral chronic toxicity and the RfD and the carcinogenic effects of phenol, and the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry's (ATSDR's) Toxicological Profile for Phenol.

I have a virus which causes a lot of large white sores on my tongue. My doctor said it will continue for 3 weeks and there is no cure. When i was ordering some Oragel Amazon listed other product that would help. This was one of them and i decided to try it. Because you swish it in your mouth for 15 seconds it gets to ALL all of the sores, whether you can see them or not.

Wish I had known about this months ago! I'll never be without it again. It has a slight taste, but not like the nasty tasting gels where they are so strong you can't taste anything else. I know it's just a topical anesthetic, but after I started using it, the ulcers went away in 4 days and haveen't come back. But when they do, I'll be ready!

This a medicine cabinet staple. I’m glad amazon sells it because most pharmacists have to order it and/or it’s behind the counter. It helps heal sore gum tissue like if you’ve bit your jaw or something. It’s a little numbness after using it but not bad. I usually keep an extra bottle on hand because if you have dentures that rub this is good for that too.

It’s that time of the year were a lot of us are stressed out and canker sores are abundant. This mouth rinse definitely helped out with temporary pain relief and the flavor wasn’t bad. The numbing agent lasted longer than I expected and I would definitely recommend the product for addressing mouth sores. The only feedback I would give is the price compared to the quantity of product you receive seems a bit disproportionate.
