Outstanding Customer Support...And the unit isn't bad either

This gets 5 stars mostly for superior customer support and the unit isn't bad either. I received the unit and connected it to 2 individual led strip lights, everything was working fine for a month or so that is until about a week ago. The led's stopped working, I assumed it may have been a fuse. upon opening the case several components had developed issues...but the fuse was not blown. I took a photo and contacted EZON, they requested the picture which I sent promptly. Within hours they replied and asked if I wanted a replacement...which I did, since I use a lot of the products they offer I knew it must have been a fluke. They immediately notified me of the customer support number, tracking number and date of delivery (2 day delivery). The unit actually showed up a day early and I am ecstatic, they upgraded the unit to a 20A...woo hoo! If anyone is wary about using LEDMO products from EZON worry no more, they have A+ customer service.

Awesome Power Supply for a Great Price

Bought this to power an Elegoo branded Arduino uno R3 and a 5m Oakleaf RGB LED strip. I got it to power the Arduino board, but need some power mosfets before wiring the LEDs. The arduino can handle 7-12volts and the LEDs required 12Volts and 6amps max. The power supply provided a nice 12.19VDC.

To provide AC, I took an old laptop AC power cable that connects between the wall and laptop AC/DC power supply and cut off the end that doesn't plug into the wall. Then the insulation for the hot(black), neutral(white), and ground(green) wired we're stripped to expose the stranded copper wire. Each wire was attached to the appropriate connector on the power supply. When connecting, the copper strands were twisted and curled in a J around the mounting screw. Some insulation was left under the securing plate to provide stress relief on the copper strands.
To power the arduino, I took an old wall power transformer containing the correct barrel connector, cut the transformer off, and stripped back the wiring to connect it to the DC side of the power supply.

Some other great features it is the protective sheet metal casing, the status powered status LED, and the plastic guard for the wire connections that can be easily flipped up and down.

I haven't got to place it under great stress, but so far very happy with my purchase. Also cannot beat the price.

Excellent power supply. I am running a 3D printer from it and it has no problems. I haven't tested maximum output but I must be running around 200 watts. The supply gets warm but not too hot.It uses passive cooling (no fan). I have built an enclosure for it and have added a thermostatically controlled fan but it usually does not run. Good terminal strip with cover. Came with a minor bent corner but otherwise OK. Will be buying more.

I ordered this unit to drive the 12V power bus in the front of our building. For such things as the outside sign lights on the front of our building, a few indoor lamps and power the Z-Wave blinds in the front windows.

Originally it worked very, very well. However, after about 9 months, I noticed the signs LED's operating dimly and the blinds no longer operating as expected. I suspected that something happened to the power supply. It is, after all, convection cooled and it was installed in a well vented area.

I messaged the seller asking what the warranty terms were and i was fully prepared to purchase a replacement unit. Holy smokes WOW, was the response FAST! LEDMO After-sales Customer Services representative, Ann, was on the case faster than I could imagine.

Ann promptly arranged for a replacement unit to be shipped to me. I received it in a timely manner within the expectations she had set with me. I installed the replacement unit and everything is A-OK again.
