Just ordered these to see if they’d help. They do seem to open up my airways a little bit. I’ve only tried wintermint and tropical so far. The wintermint is quite strong and kinda burns. The tropical is actually really good and my favorite so far. They are a little expensive but what isn’t these days. I love the Vicks ones for when I’m sick but it says not to do it a lot. These say you can repeat as desired so that’s why I decided to try these.
