I’ve been looking for some large-capacity duffel weekender travel bags to replace our old ones that are becoming worn and frayed. After some Amazon searching, I decided to go for economical off-brand rather than expensive name-brand. I wanted something serviceable and good quality for a reasonable price.
This Aidonger Canvas and Leather Travel Bag more than met my expectations both in quality, serviceability, and style. The overall main duffel is made of heavy canvas. The accents and the handles are made of supple brown leather. I like how comfortable the handles are to hold. The handles are thick and the leather is smooth. They are held together by a leather handle wrap that secures the two handles together with a snap button.
The main compartment on the top of the duffel sports two large zippers for convenience and has a good amount of storage space as well as two interiors pockets and a zippered pocket to store small items like your cell phone and/or wallet. I like how the duffel is so deceptively spacious when the bag doesn’t look too large from exterior appearances.
There are two large side pockets to store toiletries and other items that you want to keep separate from the main compartment. There are also two additional different sized zippered compartments on the front to store flat items like your passport, important documents or smaller items.
Overall this makes a great travel bag or even a gym bag. I think the bag is quite stylish, especially due to the nice leather accents that make it look more high-end. It also comes with a longer adjustable shoulder strap that you can attach to the metal rings on the sides of the bag.
