I purchase these for my homemade vanilla that I sell in my bakery. I buy these both in the 8oz as well as the 16oz. The bottles come well packaged, (although I did have one set that arrived broken with damage to the shipping box as well, which tells me that’s due to UPS. Seller refunded me for the broken ones quickly and effortlessly). The bottles are cute and can be sanitized in the dishwasher and reused. I imagine they would also be good for beer, hot sauce, homemade salad dressings and a variety of other items. I will continue purchasing these for my bakery.

I really do love these bottles - they're a great size, durable, seem to seal well and the price is fantastic. They were delivered very promptly too. That said, the lid is drilled in on an angle which is very odd! I've purchased others, and the lid and the brace that holds the lid in place is always drilled into the sides of the bottle in such a way that there is a distinct front and closes facing one direction. These are affixed on an angle which I find less attractive and awkward when tying ribbon on them for gifting. That said, they're well made and still function perfectly, so while I'd prefer the closure be fashioned in a more traditional, squared off way, I will buy more when I need them.
