These look awesome - for about a year. I’m not sure what happens but I think the heat from the LED light actually melts the film that has the design. After ~ 1 year the design Gets distorted until you can no longer figure out what it is. This is my second set; they w ere easy enough to install and pretty inexpensive.

This was a added feature that was just a personal touch that makes my 1999 Jeep Wrangler Sport even more unique. I get a lot of compliments for valet attendants and public standing close by. The blueish tint on the ring is a perfect match for my blue accents. Easy install, connected it to my interior lights so when the door is open it aluminates just halfway under and out from under where one would enter and exit the vehicle on both sides. I chose to have it stationary instead of moving with the door. This was maybe (my opinion) one of my best additions.

the lights are perfect but the installation is way harder than they imply. The idea that you can just tap in to the courtesy light switch and vampire the power will only work on 10 year old cars. Modern cars have computers that object to this kind of behavior and usually detect door opening using negative wires not positive ones.
